Good afternoon! Oleg Valentinovich is really a pro, he has only positive words and words of gratitude (therefore, 3 stars, so I would put a minus 3). But the receptionist (an older woman) is just terrible. We came to the center several times and called - not once did I hear at least a minimally polite response. Today (08/14/25) I wanted to register a child, but after such a disrespectful, arrogant and arrogant answer, I will contact another center. If patients and business development are important to you, please teach the administrator how to communicate with clients, or it is better to replace her altogether (after all, as time shows, I have been contacting this medical center for 2 years, she has not learned how to communicate with clients after explanatory conversations). When I asked her about the possibility of recording for next week, she replied: what are you saying? In such a humorous tone. His entry is for October at best! And then there are a lot of unpleasant things. I am a client, how do I know what kind of queue there is for an appointment, it was possible to adequately say, and not ridicule the client's desire to enroll in your center. I'll sign up next time only if she's communicating normally or if another person is recording.

The administrator has absolutely no customer orientation and communication culture. Apparently, the receptionist is an older woman who does not know how to communicate with clients at all. He talks completely boorishly and with maximum disrespect. After I didn't answer the phone for half an hour, I called back and she reminded me of the recording in the most disrespectful tone and with claims, and was also outraged that I didn't answer the phone. I was at a meeting and immediately called back, but it was as unpleasant as possible to receive such a service without even physically appearing at the clinic. I canceled the appointment because this attitude towards clients says a lot about the lack of professionalism in the clinic. Please write out a novo - liability to the administrator instead of a bonus.
