I chose a cafe where you can eat according to reviews and the average price and did not lose. Very tasty dishes and large portions - we ate too much. The only thing was that the fish was a little too salty, but this did not spoil the overall impression. If I'm still in the city, I'll definitely visit again. The service was fast, the staff was friendly.

I give one star only for the Greek salad, it was delicious. We ordered pancakes with mushrooms, they were too greasy, the oil was already oozing and we waited 35 minutes instead of the promised 20. My husband took a frying pan with chicken and beans. One name is from the chicken there, there are only three pieces of it for the whole dish, and so one bean, the cap is also not tasty, frozen, the price is clearly not 18 rubles. There is not enough tea in the teapot, it was barely enough for two cups + tea leaves fell into the cup, because there is not even a strainer in it. I don't recommend it.

Excellent Belarusian cuisine at fairly affordable prices. The atmosphere is authentic, the staff is friendly and competent. The food is excellent, the soups are wonderful (flasks, zhurek - super!), the pancakes are quite decent, the lard is also not bad. The only drawback is that the local tinctures are so-so...

Visit the cafe "Pansky Dranik", Minsk, Rakovskaya str., 18. A very good cafe in the historical center of the city. The cafe is small, probably 30 seats. It was Saturday, 09/9.23, city day. All the nearby establishments were free, if not empty, and here I had to wait up to 10 minutes outside until the place was free. The staff is friendly, they were invited in and started serving very quickly. The menu is varied, everything is mainly based on pancakes, sorcerers combined with fish, pork, veal and vegetables. Very appetizing snacks of mushrooms of different varieties and vegetables, cold cuts, etc. Belarusian cuisine is well represented. Black kvass and mors are good drinks. We ordered an appetizer of pears with sour cream, an appetizer of honeydew with red onion, sorcerers with sour cream and pancakes with roast pork. We drank tomato juice and black kvass. Hot tortillas with garlic are served instead of bread. Everything is fresh, crisp and very tasty. Everything and the menu cost 71.5 rubles

The place deserves its 5 stars. Very tasty food, large portions, quickly prepared and quickly brought. The staff is pleasant, you can safely ask how much food to order - they will determine by eye whether you will eat it or not :)
And most importantly, an unusual set of dishes in my opinion. I wanted to try almost all the menus, and I liked what I ordered. Super! I recommend it)

We called and booked a table at the number indicated on the cards. They came and it turned out that we hadn't called, and they rudely began to tell us that they had three establishments, list addresses, ask for numbers, but not to solve our problem, which was definitely not our fault. Zero understanding and attempts to get out of the situation. They had to leave, and they didn't say goodbye to us either, which makes sense, because we're no longer interesting.

I recommend "Pan lard". It just melts, I've never eaten anything like this in my life. The pancakes are real, they differ from all other places in Minsk: they look like pancakes everywhere, but that's exactly what they are here! Horseradish on moonshine is strong!!!!!
