The Georgian salad is super, the phali is excellent, but the khinkali is mediocre (the dough is good, the filling is tasteless), the ribs on the ketsi were soft and the potatoes were well cooked. The pros end there.: - waiters don't check tables until you call; - they put him at an untidy table, and he was not the only one, and there was no "fuss". When the drinks arrived, they nevertheless told the waiter that the table had not been cleaned before our arrival, and only after that they began to change the tablemates and brought the dishes.; - the meat in the ribs is soft and tender, but the whole dish is without salt. There are a lot of small bones that have dripped onto the potatoes. I asked the waiter if this happens often. He said yes, and that the supplier was bringing them. As a guest who pays for it in a restaurant, who cares why?! If accidentally swallowed, it causes internal bleeding. There was nothing but excuses about the supplier... - the khinkali are tasteless. A very weak dish. The dough is super thin, there is no juice inside and the meat is not salty and, as if, without spices.; - the phali is just great, but it's not clear why there were 3 beetroot in the assortment, and 2 spinach and beans each: they usually make the same amount. It seemed that "on the way" a couple of pieces "did not reach the table"
