Cappuccino is good, Napoleon cake is very tasty and fresh, almost like homemade, I recommend it. Interesting interior, comfortable furniture, but it's a little dark in the evening. Of the disadvantages, there is only one common bathroom for the entire establishment - clean, large, but only one.

A great place to go to the toilet. It's a pity, but the service level has dropped to the skirting board and does not match the price list. Be ready to pick up your order yourself. We ordered mulled wine (14p) with the girls, 1 of 4 had hair, the rest were slightly warmer than room temperature. You can understand everything, it happens to everyone, I brought a glass of hair to the bar, they said they would redo it. The new one was served in a sticky glass (apparently spilled) 👎
The second order was croissants with filling (12p): 2 identical ones with cucumber and red fish. The wait was around 20 minutes, they invited us to pick it up and here we see a picture: croissants differ from each other in size by one and a half times, to which I was told that they could redo, but the wait would be another 20 minutes due to the fact that croissants would be baked ..., sent to the place, eventually I received a dish in 30 minutes... a croissant!
And when asked why it wasn't warm in the end, once it was baked, I was told that the girl didn't have time to cook it earlier
Conclusion:
It's up to you to go or not
But I'm not going back there anymore. For that kind of money (26p) you expect more

So far, the coffee shop is operating in a "covid" mode: everything is served in disposable dishes. It spoils the impression, I don't know how justified this approach is.
The baristas are pleasant, you can chat with everyone.
Prices are above average. Cakes 4-6 rubles, coffee 3.5-6. The choice of drinks is pleasing. There are both classics and interesting copyrights.

I was in two coffee shops of this chain in Brest and two in Minsk (on Marx and pl. Victories). I liked everything except Victory Square. Although it would seem that it should be the best.
Firstly, very often you have to wait a long time to be noticed. Someone puts up price tags, someone cleans something, but who is behind the cash register? And everyone avoids eye contact by ignoring the queue.
Secondly, the disadvantage for me personally is that I need to bring myself food and drinks. If you're sitting in the distance, where you can't see the cash register, you have to constantly run and watch or even stand at the cash register all the time. The pleasure is so-so. In addition, you have to maneuver with hot drinks and food around the hall, trying to offend anyone. It seems to me that we do not come to such places for new challenges.
Thirdly, the tables are not cleaned for a long time. There is already a large flow of people there, as a result you come and look for an empty table and some of them are not cleaned. It's not very pleasant to sit down to a mountain of someone else's dishes and then wait a long time for all this to be removed.
In general, maybe I misunderstood something about the concept of this particular coffee shop and why it is so different from the rest of the chain's coffee shops is also unclear to me. Rather, you are understaffed.
In general, all these little things add up to something incomprehensible. It's a pity, because the New Year is coming soon, namely, Victory Square is the most atmospheric place.
