A good coffee shop from Brest, conveys the atmosphere from the Brest paragraph, cozy, comfortable places, a normal interior, good music, delicious desserts and coffee. The prices are above average, but not very high. There is room to grow. The disadvantages for me are: there are often no places, some items are not on the menu, it is also a pity that they do not sell mojitos in Minsk and that, in general, sandwiches were removed in the paragraph. And also, they stopped giving cookies to the drink, this generally takes away the friendly spirit between the barista and the client, perhaps this is my personal opinion, but the spirit of the paragraph in Brest 2016/17 was different, we often gathered there with the company, as if the baristas were your old friends, they really were interested in exchanging a couple of phrases with you Jokingly, it has now become a little closed in this regard. Of the cons: they do not offer water, even if you take something to eat besides drinks. The baristas do not bring the order to the table, but shout from behind the counter that it is ready. If you sit in a remote corner, because of the noise of voices and music, it is often inaudible. As a result, you take the already cooled tea / coffee.
If we had refined these nuances, it would have been great.

I was in two coffee shops of this chain in Brest and two in Minsk (on Marx and pl. Victories). I liked everything except Victory Square. Although it would seem that it should be the best.
Firstly, very often you have to wait a long time to be noticed. Someone puts up price tags, someone cleans something, but who is behind the cash register? And everyone avoids eye contact by ignoring the queue.
Secondly, the disadvantage for me personally is that I need to bring myself food and drinks. If you're sitting in the distance, where you can't see the cash register, you have to constantly run and watch or even stand at the cash register all the time. The pleasure is so-so. In addition, you have to maneuver with hot drinks and food around the hall, trying to offend anyone. It seems to me that we do not come to such places for new challenges.
Thirdly, the tables are not cleaned for a long time. There is already a large flow of people there, as a result you come and look for an empty table and some of them are not cleaned. It's not very pleasant to sit down to a mountain of someone else's dishes and then wait a long time for all this to be removed.
In general, maybe I misunderstood something about the concept of this particular coffee shop and why it is so different from the rest of the chain's coffee shops is also unclear to me. Rather, you are understaffed.
In general, all these little things add up to something incomprehensible. It's a pity, because the New Year is coming soon, namely, Victory Square is the most atmospheric place.
