There is no complaint book in the department — they said that it is located in the head office. There is also no toilet for customers in the department and access to the service one was denied. I was particularly surprised by the exchange rate issue: the scoreboard in the waiting area has a favorable exchange rate, while the ticket office calls a different one. And even after the remark, the course on the scoreboard did not change. A feeling of severe staff shortages, incompetence, and poorly organized processes.
