There was only one cash register out of two in the branch. One customer was serviced for more than 30 minutes, while the electronic queue system stopped working and people called each other. There is no complaint book in the department — they said that it is located in the head office. There is also no toilet for customers in the department and access to the service one was denied. I was particularly surprised by the exchange rate issue: the scoreboard in the waiting area has a favorable exchange rate, while the ticket office calls a different one. And even after the remark, the course on the scoreboard did not change. A feeling of severe staff shortages, incompetence, and poorly organized processes. There can be no question of any customer care. Think carefully before contacting this bank.
