Most often, only 1 window works, queues because of this. And lately there has been just a stalemate: there is no way to buy dollar bills (then go through the second window, then we only have a trifle)and this is not some kind of holiday, so that there are such excuses. They don't have any new bills (hundred dollar blue ones) at all. And never. This is just a joke! I don't even want to go there
