I wanted to stay at the hotel on 07/14/2019... The place is convenient, but the receptionist poisoned everything about the hotel.... It was just necessary to extract information from her. She didn't want to show me or tell me. Holding a photo album in her hands, she showed a couple of photos without letting go. I asked for a bigger room, but I didn't get an answer... I warn you right away with the payment, the exchangers do not work in the city on Sunday, and therefore there is a problem with the payment. More people came in who also wanted to stop, but after the same couple of questions turned around and left. I want to say right away that the administrator was not rude, but I have not seen such a favor from such a responsible employee for a long time. He also turned around and settled in another place.
