A dubious place. The fish / meat department often "smells", the floors are slippery (for people with a cane, it is traumatic), only a couple of adequate people from the staff.

There used to be a posh department store. All the floors were filled with goods and customers. Everything from clothes to furniture and appliances to household goods was on sale, and there was a huge queue in the fabric department!
