Despite the fact that the hotel is old, it is very decent. Large bright rooms with air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, safe, TV with 1 Russian channel, daily cleaning, towel change, replenishment of the minibar with water, tea and coffee. Full bath shampoos, shower gels, lumpy soap. The first coastline. Full breakfasts (not Turkey) but there is something to eat. The beach has an area with sun and shade. Nearby there are shops, cafes and a market with souvenirs and food for every taste, 100 baht to the center by taxi. The only disadvantage is that the staff extorts money when checking in, like for a quick check-in and a room with a sea view.

I have dreamed of getting to this hotel for a very long time, but I am completely disappointed. The water park is paid separately, it is not cheap, especially when you consider that half of the slides and old ruined attractions work in it. The rooms are dirty, the towels are hard. The shower consists only of a watering can under the ceiling. Shampoos and gels are poured into scanty bottles, from which they cannot be squeezed out, not shaken out. And the place itself is isolated. It is necessary to walk 1.5 km to Tuktuki. The local market is small.

A good hotel for 3*! Cleaning is daily. We lived in a room on the 18th floor (although we had to pay 1000 rubles allegedly for an improved version of the room). Everything is clean, there are no living creatures. Half board is as follows: breakfast at the hotel, dinners in the revolving restaurant on the 52nd floor of the tower. The food is decent! There is a good market nearby, where you can eat and have fun, and get dressed if necessary. There is a wonderful guy working in one of the outdoor cafes on the market territory, whose name is Maxim (it is not known for sure if his real name is). Very tasty tom yam (don't tear out your eyes like everywhere else!). He always talks and helps. They got sick, Maxim took them to the pharmacy on his moped and wanted to buy medicines himself, they barely persuaded him not to pay) If you are going to relax there, look for his cafe with a large flag of the Russian Federation!

Few of the staff know English and even then it is difficult in half, it complicates communication. The room itself was excellent, the room service was excellent, the cleaners were very friendly (daily service). Breakfast is not bad - everyone will find something to eat, from fried eggs to rice with pork. The water park and attractions are paid, we did not go there, as the price for Ty is too high. The beach is 2 minutes away. Near the Russian night market and supermarket 7/11 - everything is cheap there, you can eat for pennies from cabbage rolls to Turkish shawarma + buy cosmetics or clothes (prices, by the way, are not too high, a little more expensive than in the central market, but that's what comes out with the road). There are a lot of restaurants of different cuisines nearby. The restaurant on the 53rd (sort of) floor is quite diverse, but personally I was impressed solely by the view, for the sake of it at sunset, of course, it is worth going there. Pattaya Park did a great job of introducing my wife and me to Thailand. About the main building with a tower. The hotel is a good three! Of the minuses, and they are, the most important is the schedule of the pool from 09:00 to 18:00!!! In other hotels (we rested ourselves and friends were) the schedule is from 06:00 to 11:00, which is quite logical, since you don't want to climb into the pool in the heat so as not to burn out, but in the evening with great pleasure, but alas, you can't! The second disadvantage is the breakfasts, which are too poor by choice (there is nothing more to say). And one more minus, and it is the main one, that the hotel territory (access to the sea) closes at 23:00 (as I wrote above, the pool is also closed) and so the guests need to go around to the sea, which is far to go, and it is not worth going because it is dirty, the sea is dirty and smelly. And another disadvantage, and this is for those with children, is that the water park on the territory of the hotel is simply created to siphon money from the parents of children, since the entrance there is 200 baht, and inside you need to pay separately for each attraction. Some children are not allowed there and therefore have to go with the child, so multiply everything at the rate of 1 + 1 or if there are more children, then 1 + 2, etc. A few words about the restaurant tower, too. 700 baht deposit for food, which does not include alcohol and which is very expensive there. You won't eat so much food since the restaurant's opening hours are limited from 16:30 to 22 hours, and besides the view from the tower there is nothing interesting there.

Then we moved 3 times, because the noise in the rooms did not suit the staff 5 for decent treatment of the guests. The cleaning services are working well, they are trying. It is necessary to replace pillows that are already mildewed from dampness, it is necessary to dry everything thoroughly, all rooms. Breakfasts: in the Tower building (an older complex of 2 on the territory of the hotel), even at 10.00, there are a lot of people and 95% do not know how to behave in public places, after a couple of breakfasts they started going to the new hotel building and having breakfast there, the composition of tourists who settle there is immediately obvious - well-mannered, calm, a lot places, the choice of food is noticeably better than in the old building of the hotel. The hotel has a water park, an observation tower, attractions, it was a lot of fun to go to the water park several times, went down the slides, swam in the pool, and we were given free tickets upon arrival. Rides from 100-500 baht. I recommend. The rooms have a safe, hangers, refrigerator, 2 bottles of water and coffee/tea every day. We left tips almost everywhere, massage, cleaning, hostess, taxi, The people who work there definitely deserve it. There is a beach across the street from the hotel, a lot of Russian tourists, a lot of cattle, unfortunately there were conflicts with heavily drunk "men" in the pools, for example, trying to awkwardly get acquainted, it looked like desperation with cheap beer mixed in. I do not recommend the hotel due to the 99% presence of Russian citizens who do not know how to behave, are rude, climb everywhere without waiting in line, push, stuff plates and breathe into their backs, smoke electronic cigarettes right on massage, unfortunately behave very arrogantly, for example, it was even problematic to get out of the elevator because they climbed without giving get out of it. I recommend going away from the hotel, renting sun beds for 100 baht per person and enjoying it perfectly. rest. For the money that we paid , unfortunately, the verdict is the same-the hotel is not worth it. But we left after the sea, saved ourselves by having breakfast in the new building, went to the sea early in the morning, avoided meetings with the hotel residents as much as possible, returned at night and we were lucky! The room was provided disgustingly dirty, I do not even understand what we were waiting for for more than an hour, it seems as if they did not wash the room, but on the contrary dragged dirt there, the walls are dirty, cobwebs are falling from the air conditioner, the refrigerator is rusty, the dirt is already so ingrained inside that it is no longer washed. They began to turn on the refrigerator, move it away, and there were cobwebs, broken glass. In the toilet, the fungus has already gone on the mirror, towels and bed linen are gray. Yes, and they settled us three people, and these are two adults and a child of 6 years old in a standard room without extra space, in general, two 1.5 beds for three and two pillows, too, we paid for the superior room. As a result, after much discussion and an additional payment of 9,000 baht, we finally received our room, the tour operator asked us to pay extra on the spot, they said that the money would be returned to us after our return. As a result, the room was clean and spacious, but the furniture was all shabby, the hotel itself as a whole was not prepared for receiving guests, everything was dirty, both from the outside and inside. The elevators are old, it looks like a freight elevator. Yes, I forgot about the balconies, there are chairs of unknown origin or these are chaise lounges, something terrible that you can get hurt about. It seems that it was made somewhere in a locksmith's workshop, hand-sawed metal handrails, spokes were inserted between them and a cloth was pulled on, when you sit on it you do not know whether this cloth will immediately tear or later, and you will not take up the chair with your hands because the handrails are heated from the sun and hot, and the edges sharp ones. In general, they were immediately removed. They clean the room every day, but purely visually, wipe the floor, change the sheets,pillowcases, but for some reason they do not change the duvet cover, they never wiped the dust, even then they began to pay extra for 50 baht, they take money, but they clean the same way. In the course of another cleaning, they don't know. So don't pay, don't waste your money. The food is standard, but even here we were surprised, no matter how fastidious we are in food, but we saw meat there twice in twelve days, and so it's fried cayenne pepper and a little minced meat, paws and necks of ducks, soy meat, and what else is not clear. As a result, we ate an omelet of sausages, cucumbers , tomatoes, rice soup, noodles, rice, perhaps that's all. There are also pastries, well, there is a standard further on. M. plum jam,croissants, bread, artificial drinks, watermelon is always delicious from fruits and not ripe, sour pineapples. The territory is large and well-maintained, there is a private water park, although it is paid, an amusement park, two swimming pools, one with cool water, the other with warm water. The sea and the beach are across the street, the beach is not landscaped, there is not a single soul with fresh water. Of course, the rest in this hotel would have been greased if it weren't for our friends who live in Pattaya, they helped us with our leisure time, drove us to different islands, where we spent several days. In general, I told you the main points in brief, and then decide for yourself whether you want to come here or not.

The cheapest Thai (general) massage is 200 baht (the rate for April 2023 is 1000 rubles-350 baht, 1 dollar-33.8-34.1 baht). The tuk-tuk fare is 10 baht. The same tuk-tuk or motorbike as a taxi is about 100-200 baht for a distance of 3-5 km. Overall not bad, but expensive.

The breakfasts are monotonous. From the word at all. Plastic dishes... coffee is better than tea... there are toasters.... I didn't take towels... they say they come with holes.... We went to spend the night cleanly.... I had a rest from March 13 to March 23, 2023. The hotel is no longer 3*, but 2*. I am poorly prepared after the pandemic. Towels and bed linen are gray, they have not been changed for 10 nights. When entering the room, they swept it, even the floors were not washed. There are no toothbrushes and toothpaste, no bottle opener, no spoons. The breakfasts are meager. The hotel grounds are in a sad state, dirty, and not green. In 2018, it was possible to give the hotel a solid 4*. But now it is clear that the hotel is not prepared in any way. During the pandemic, I think it was possible to prepare the hotel for the arrival of tourists, at least to update the bed linen and towels... I put 2 * I will not take this hotel anymore. Not worth the stated price.
