The driver began to shift everything and the scooter was calmly loaded with the help of a goose, without any problems at all. They gave me a piece of paper that the cargo had been taken and that was it. And silence for 5 days. There is no message that the shipment has been accepted. The standing status is waiting for the cargo to be picked up. After 5 days, I receive a joyful text message saying that the cargo has been registered and I have to 29,000 rubles. My first thought is that you must have made a mistake, because I typed everything into the calculator myself, but no. They decided to make a crate for the crate themselves. That's how smart you have to be. A 4,000 crate is worth of them for three boards. And a stroke of genius. Any product they put a crate on is +35% of the shipping cost. That's business. Mavrodi wasn't standing nearby. I'm writing to them, and why did you make the crate, they sent me a link to a website where NO condition is suitable for crating. Well, in short, the support could not give an answer. So you should know that this particular warehouse in Almaty will double any delivery you make, and it's not a fact that it will arrive safely.

We accepted the parcel on July 10, promised to deliver the goods in 10-14 days. Today, on July 26th, we can't get information about where our cargo is actually located anywhere. The support service is just zero!!! They don't answer the phone, and if they do, they don't say they don't know where he is! We can't get a clear answer anywhere, but yesterday we were told that they allegedly didn't have enough wrapping paper. How is that? It's the 21st century - is it really difficult to clarify with the sender or recipient whether it is convenient for him to wait so long or not. As a result , part of the cargo was lost , a wooden box was punched with a forklift truck where there was an expensive tool and, ironically, a jar with unopened paint in which there was a penetration . Naturally, the contents were destroyed. All my claims and letters did not give a result, they were beautifully unsubscribed! In my case, cheap turned out to be very expensive. As a result, without getting a clear answer from the operators, I had to "beg" for the phone number of the head of the warehouse in Almaty in very high tones. I called the Batyr and briefly explained the situation. From that very moment, the search for a solution to the problem began. For several days as a Batyr, I was "surrounded by the care" of a Batyr.
