I do not recommend anyone to use the services of this organization! We were delivering a bumper for a car from Rostov to Penza, and the paintwork of the new bumper was scratched. To write a claim, you need to collect a whole package of documents (I purchased the bumper from a physical person. persons need a purchase and sale agreement, and assess the damage from experts) When they took the cargo, they didn't ask for any documents, and now I have to run around collecting documents and also write a claim to their office because they personally need to submit documents (what is e-mail for?) I am geographically located 100 km away. they came up with a huge list of documents from them to get insurance, which is not really possible to collect! Why do I need a damaged bumper, because they got a new one at the pick-up point, and I would like to get a new one at the pick-up point! Instead of running around to assess the damage!
