We are vacationing in Marmaris, and we are sincerely grateful to the Peninsula Tours company's employee, guide Alina. On her recommendation, we bought an excursion to the Aegean islands. The tour was great and informative! Starting with the transfer, the good work of Eldar's young guide, the clean yacht, the service and the islands themselves! We would like to thank Peninsula for their heroism. The company's employees showed real courage by saving our phones, without which it is simply impossible to exist nowadays! At the beginning of the vacation, traveling with a child of 8 years old, we discovered at the Insula hotel that my husband had left his phone in the car of the travel company when leaving. After contacting Peninsula employees, we asked them to come to our aid. The problem was solved with lightning speed: as a result, the driver brought us the abandoned phone right to the hotel entrance! We still can't figure out why this situation happened again on the way back, but with our child (We travel often, we've never lost our phones before). Only this time, the discovery of the loss happened already in the departure area! To be honest, we thought that it was basically impossible to solve the situation. But just in case, we turned to the Peninsula employees again. Instead of excuses and refusals, the employees showed us the greatest leniency.: The representative of the company personally took the child's phone from the driver, and drove back to the airport himself! Then, for about 30 minutes, he persuaded the local airport service, the police and customs to provide us with a special corridor to transfer this phone. I won't bore the reader with all the detective details, but the impossible has become possible. After walking through a special area, accompanied by a police officer, we were temporarily released back, given a phone through another airport employee, and escorted back to the departure area. It still feels like a dream come true. The child ended up jumping for joy. And, to be honest, neither do we)) Thank you guys from Peninsula so much. It's more than a service, it's a real miracle.
