Almost every day there is live music, often very good performers performed. - cleaning every day - without additional reminders, 2 bottles of water were provided in the room every day, - breakfast is normal, (included in the price) not refined, but good-quality and delicious, I had dinner outside the territory (surcharge for dinner is 300 baht), so I can not estimate, - the hotel is very sensitive to their property, so be careful - if you receive a letter of happiness that the towel is dirty, allegedly cannot be washed and a fine of 500 baht, make it wash first, do not rush to pay))

And in the rooms and in the lobby there are heaps of mosquitoes in the evenings The breakfasts are so-so. Of course, there are eggs (in all forms), rice, porridge, sausages, sliced cucumbers and tomatoes, salad dressing, watermelon and pineapple from fruits, tea (3 sachets per kettle), coffee-it feels disposable, juices. But! Pigeons and mynas sit right in the open food dishes (which have no obstacles in order to eat from the same spoons and serving plates. The staff does not react to this in any way. Strange, to say the least! It doesn't even make sense to write about broken cups/plates 🥴 The hotel staff is more of a minus than a plus. Either they are so tired of tourists, or for some other reason, they greet with force, smile, but do not help in any way, pretend that they are doing something. BUT THE BIGGEST DISADVANTAGE of the hotel is the round-the-clock swimming pool. For those who will live next to him, this is hell! Every night, newly arrived (and not only) compatriots will drink alcohol, their children will scream at the top of their lungs in this pool until the morning, you will learn all the songs that they know. Neither the reception nor anyone else will help you to calm them down! You will just enjoy screams, screams and drunken songs every night all the time you rest! And no appeals to conscience, to the fact that you have small children who cannot sleep, to the fact that you also came to rest- will not help! In my opinion, this is a hotel only for a certain contingent who are ready to drink, sing songs and they don't care about any comfortable conditions. For those who are looking for rest, relaxation, friendly people, and not the cattle around-this hotel is not suitable.

Sometimes dinner leftovers (once a week somewhere) , a children's club (room more precisely), is constantly closed, water is given 0.5 per day per person, we don't even know what to do with it. Constant renovation, the pool bar is generally something: after 21:00 you have a super disco under your windows and nobody cares that there are rooms and everyone with children. And if you read the early comments, many people write about it. The sound insulation in our room is such that when people in the next room are talking calmly, we hear it just super nice at night, you can hear the balcony closing and the air conditioner turning on ... without comment, all this. The tea is only green and not of the best quality. This is all now, towels are changed every 5 days, only big ones are not given, slippers are not given either, although it was all before. The party school still had microwaves in every room, there was a lobby with a huge library, we brought books here ourselves by agreement with the hotel owner, there was a children's cinema in the evening, free ice cream went to it. Now, in my opinion, this hotel is far from 4 stars and we certainly will not go here anymore. I am not ready until half past one at night with my child to listen to the hammering of speakers from the bar under the windows, to requests to turn down the volume completely ignore, change the room too. But all those who scream at night and sit in this bar at night live in another building wake up at two o'clock and swim out half-drunk for a beer to the bar, so make them a separate bar under their windows. By the way, we poisoned ourselves with soup right there in the hotel, one day we decided not to go anywhere to eat at the hotel and went to bed in the evening. By the way, in the morning after the night festivities, the pool and the surrounding area are not cleaned, people with children come to this bedlam. Of course, the children's slide is closed because it is set up so that when children move out they either hit the steps for descent or simply fall from a height onto granite. Absolutely monotonous breakfasts, there is no atmosphere at all and no interest of the staff in guests. 3* only for the fact that it used to be a favorite hotel and for giving a deluxe instead of a standard. Otherwise, the hotel has deteriorated very much. Plus, during our vacation, the pool was repaired and from morning to evening there was a drilling right under our window! In 22 we were in Pamukko, the hotel is also 4*, like the casadel, but in comparison the casadel loses several times!

But some unpleasant little things remained years later and despite the change of ownership. The kettle won't close. There were three of us, but 2 cups. We rested from 2.02 to 02/13.24. For the first time we took a deluxe room. In my opinion, it should have been better and cleaner than usual. They put us in building 4, room 4305. There are no complaints about the territory, dining room, location, everything is fine. But the suite just sucks! From the suite there is only a large area and a veranda. The linen is old, dirty, it has not been changed! It was changed once in 2 weeks after our request. They give one towel and some kind of napkin 20x20 cm per person. For the legs, one rag for three. There is no towel for the beach, there are mats. Cleaning consists of waving a dirty broom in the middle of the room, under the beds there are centuries-old dust mats. No furniture, except for two beds and two bedside tables. The curtain is broken, there are mosquitoes and ants in the room. The refrigerator is broken - there is no freezer door. There is a kettle and a cup with a spoon without a saucer! They begged for tea. We ran out of napkins, we didn't put them in anymore. This is clearly not 4 stars, and the suite is just terrible, we were deceived. One card from the room for three, it's useless to ask for another one! Deposit 3000 baht, get ready to immediately run to the exchanger. Dollars are not taken categorically. The score for the room is a separate number! They seem to be treated according to the principle: they will come anyway.

How is that even possible? But the main thing was waiting just before bedtime. It feels like the sheets were changed, but they took the old one from another room, and then they rolled on the floor and then stepped on it. There is no other way to explain it. A couple of times, towels were also brought that had not been washed, but at least it can be seen that they are clean. And the old ones are not always taken away. They were given away and replaced. Including Russian cuisine. 7-eleven and family marrkt are welcome, as well as the exchanger with the most favorable exchange rate in the district. The hotel's swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. Or rather, there are three of them. There are several themed parties during the week: BBQ, suchi, etc. All accompanied by live music. Behind the wall is the new Pamukoo Hotel with a small water park. We went, visited, no one stopped us or kicked us out. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Special greetings and thanks to the reception managers ZAW and Angelina.
