Not far from Kemer. You can drive directly to the ancient city by car. For money. Wander around. The remains of ancient buildings can be guessed under the clear water. Relax on the beach. In the shade of Mediterranean pines.

We drove on our own. There are many Turks vacationing with their families, there is a sandy beach nearby, the water is shallow and beautiful. If you are traveling and there are other locations to visit along the route, then it makes sense to stop by. It's probably not worth going to this place specifically. Admission will cost $15

The place itself is wonderful. Swimming, sunbathing, walking around the old town and the surrounding area is super!!!!!
The infrastructure is milking visitors at the lowest possible level!!!!! Toilets are only at the entrance and that's not all!!!!
On weekends, it is a favorite place for locals to relax.
I recommend coming on weekdays!!!!

If you go there for the ruins of an ancient city, then there are better and cheaper places. May 2023, adult ticket 160 liras at the checkpoint. A clean bay, with warm water and sand. Many people come there for a picnic. There is a good view of the surrounding area from the mountain in the far corner of the bay.

We were in Phaselis on Saturday. There are a lot of local vacationers. It's probably better to go on weekdays. A great place to plunge into history, take a walk in the pine forest and swim in the most beautiful bay. Looking at the remaining ruins, you realize that your life is a grain of sand in history, and the sea and mountains are eternal. By the way, the entrance already costs 90 liras

It is interesting to walk around and look at the architecture that has been preserved after so many centuries
We were there in the afternoon and it was very hot, so we recommend visiting this place either in the morning or later than noon
You can take swimsuits and special swimming shoes with you because there are a lot of stones in the water and without it you can hurt your feet
There is a shop with drinks and a small snack on site, which is very convenient if you did not take food with you
After a walk, the appetite builds up

It is interesting to see the aqueduct and a small amphitheater, the rest is just piles of stones and remnants of walls. There is warm water in a small bay, and this is important in May. The entrance in 2023 is 180 lira ($ 10?), but from Tekirova you can walk along the Lycian River for free, you only have to cross the cape (look for a trail). There are a lot of Turks on weekends. As of September 2021, the entrance to the territory is 51 lira. There are stalls with drinks, ice cream, nuts and souvenirs on site. There is nowhere to eat properly. There are toilets. It will take about an hour to explore the ancient city. There is an information stand in Russian with historical information about the city. The aqueduct is especially impressive.
You can swim in the bays, one of them has a sandy bottom and very warm water. You can get there by car or by minibus from Kemer.
It's worth a visit. Have a good rest!
