Since 2021, I am applying to the Piccasa Clinic. I had come here finishing my orthodontic and TMJ treatment and with a construction that I was satisfied with. I asked Doctor Aslan Mammadov for surgical restoration of lost tissues. After several operations, on his instructions, the existing orthodontic structure was dismantled, all teeth were hewn and temporary caps were inserted. After this intervention, chewing and speaking became difficult, various pains appeared in my joints, face and neck. For 4 years, treatment was continued under the guise of “correction”, but my condition gradually worsened. In the name of various procedures, I was charged a total of 23,690 AZN in cash (payments are accepted only in cash, since the clinic does not appreciate the post-terminal). Although part of the payments was returned, an agreement on the remaining amount was not reached. In addition, the clinic did not provide an official cashier's check, but only issued an invoice upon request. Fortunately, since these documents were kept in me, the full amount of the amount paid was able to be confirmed. At present, I am turning to other specialists to eliminate tissue loss and other complications caused by incorrect construction and flaps. I have suffered great losses financially, physically and morally. I plan to apply to the relevant government agencies on the issue. My advice to all patients — use only official payment methods in clinics, get feedback from qualified doctors in the process of treatment and keep all documents.
