I took the photos from Euromail an hour ago and looked at everything carefully. The only thing I want to say is that the print quality and the delivery speed are many times higher than the amount I paid. Until the last moment, I was worried if everything would be okay, since I was printing photos for a gift. Plus, it was not very convenient to upload images and frame them from the mobile version of the browser (but I had more than 100 files), it took about 1-2 hours to download and edit. At the same time, it was hard to believe that everything would load in normal quality. But everything is ok with the quality and every second of downloading is worth it)) The result is simply goosebumps. It's a pity I can't attach the proofs here, since the photos aren't mine. Not all photos are uploaded to the site, and they dropped the link to me so that I could change the photo format, and so on. But! Why should I do something that I don't understand. It 's a two - hour long story , and after all that time , I was only able to download half of it . I was told that I can only do this through the website. As a result, when I refused, I was offered to send the messenger I asked for an hour and a half ago. It 's just a waste of time . As a result , I contacted another company and after 10 minutes , without any changes to the photo format , etc . We got to work . I recommend this company, simplify the ordering process for people, people just want to print a photo and that's it. Instead of dealing with files and reworking the format of each photo !

This is a hoax. If the dates had been truthfully stated, I certainly would not have ordered. Especially for prepayment. Competitors are doing everything much faster. I ordered photobooks in two more places on the same day - the albums are already in my hands. In today's world, deadlines decide a lot. Don't be fooled by the beautiful ads! They don't do it fast and they don't do it cheap! But marketers like it, they attract customers, even if not always with honest slogans.

I was preparing a gift for the guy: a large photo book with captions and personal stories. It took a few days. At the time of ordering, it turned out that the waiting period in my case would be 7-8 days with the fastest delivery. And the birthday was in 5 days. I understand that this is my problem and I should have started making the book in advance. But having already found myself in such a situation (and it was no longer possible to print elsewhere, because a very large amount of work was carried out on the service and the book was generated online) I couldn't influence the situation at all. There are no phones. Communication is only via chats with managers. To my requests to somehow get into the situation, there were dry answers about deadlines and automation of production. I was ready to come to the production myself, pick up the order, pay extra for the urgency, anything - but there are no answers to all of them. It feels like you're talking to robots, not people. And once again, I want to point out that I am fully aware that I could have started writing the book earlier. But that's how it happened. And I expect good service to solve such situations, among other things. My advice to anyone who is going to place an order is to set aside a week for production and delivery. And don't expect anyone from the company to go to the meeting. Empathy is 0.
