Довольно неуважительное отношение к клиентам. Персонал может игнорировать клиентов, уйти куда-то, общаться с кем-то. Покататься в итоге не удалось, потому что якобы дождь начинался, мужик на кассе лодку выдавать отказался, хотя дождь прошел мимо, и тем, кто уже катался - это никак помешало.
