It turns out it was the charging connector that failed. The second time, the back cover on my phone broke. It broke finely, falling on the concrete pavement. In this situation, I liked the fact that replacement options were offered, and also that the next day this spare part was delivered, and by 12 p.m. I was able to pick up my phone! It was also lucky that during this period there was an action that, when repairing from 50 rubles, the protective glass on the phone was given as a gift) Therefore, there were updates on both sides of the phone)) Definitely a good service with reasonable prices and an individual approach to people. I contacted this service with a broken projector. There were suspicions that there was a problem with the connector. The connector was replaced and given to me, but the problem remained unresolved, the projector did not work (although it could have been tested). I took him there again, explaining the situation. It takes 2 weeks, during which time no one called me, and if I hadn't come in myself, he would have been lying there. They said we didn't know how to fix it, offered to refund the money and put the old connector in, agreed that we could pick it up in a couple of days, I was approaching the deadline, they told me that the projector was not ready and I still had to wait, and all this was said in some kind of boorish manner. A couple of days later, he finally called himself and said he could pick it up. I come to get the projector, the money was returned, but he didn't put the old connector on, he said he gave it to me, even though he didn't give me anything! Blatant lies and terrible service! I spent a lot of time and was left without a connector…

I bought a used laptop with mail delivery in this service. On the sixth day, I discovered a microphone malfunction that was not listed in the ad. The seller refused to compensate for the damage. The bonus is an incomprehensible markup of 23p (this is already taking into account the shipping price) and chips from the keyboard on the screen. I do not recommend cooperation with the organization.
