Ataköy 5 for about 10 years. I live in the section and Ataköy 5. I have not been shopping at this pharmacy for a long time due to the disrespectful attitude of Pınar Pharmacy in Part Bazaar towards its customers. Saturday April 4th at around 14:30, however, my wife had to go to Pınar Pharmacy to get the medicine I ordered. When my wife asked if there was another form of the drug, she was told “no” and given a pill form of the drug. When the medicine reached my hand, I said that I wanted the effervescent form and sent my daughter to Pınar Pharmacy for exchange or refund. The pharmacist lady in charge at the pharmacy greeted my daughter with an insulting style during the refund process, using expressions such as “your father asked for the drug with strange behavior, did not give the information properly” next to my daughter. This attitude and way of speaking is extremely disrespectful and offensive to both my wife and daughter. Moreover, I was already not shopping at this pharmacy because I had encountered similar disrespectful behavior before. Due to this recent incident I experienced, I felt the need to share this situation both on my own behalf and in order to prevent other customers from experiencing similar situations. This style and behavior that offends customers at Pınar Pharmacy is unacceptable. If you don't want to have such an offensive experience, too. Ataköy 5. Stay away from the Pinar Pharmacy located in the section.
