I always order something to eat here. Overall, I really like everything. They deliver fast, delicious and original pizzas that can't be found anywhere else. Today I was a little disappointed, I ordered a cheese chicken pizza. The pizza is very tasty, but unfortunately there were several disadvantages. The first is that the pizza was badly cut, a couple of pieces just tore. The second one has a lot of sesame, as if it was just poured from a pack. The third one is quite funny...very few tomatoes, 5 slices of tomato for 8 slices of pizza, i.e. not even every piece. The fourth one is ambiguous, but it looks like the dough in the pizza was not baked. In general, it tastes like a solid 4, but for the rest, of course, you still have to work.

We ordered Caesar pizza and you know what? At the revolutionary one, we were given a wonderful pizza filling (it is given in a box along with the sauce for this pizza): a lot of filling, a lot of grated parmesan. A very tasty base. We ordered a large pizza on a thick dough, previously we always ordered and everything arrived as expected. The last time it was brought on a thin dough, the payment was taken for a large one on a thick one. We called support and asked them to send us a photo of the pizza, which we did. Next, they asked to take a picture of the weight of the pizza, remove the sticker. It was "written" 850 grams, "8" was attached to 6, and not very neatly. Then they called us back and said that this is how it should be, that the weight corresponds, and the dough is prepared using different technologies and they could not mix it up. And the operator did not say anything at all about the comment about 8/6. Of course, pizza is delicious on any test, but the unpleasant fact is that they did not admit their mistake. It's not even about money, there's not much difference, but in the attitude towards customers.

I started eating pizza and my teeth almost broke on something very hard. I thought it was an olive seed.
It turned out to be a fairly large piece of plastic. (I attach photos below, etc.)
Fortunately, I managed to react in time, I imagine if there was a small child instead of me.
I immediately called the support service, sent them photos and videos.
They called me back several times and during that time I NEVER heard an apology.
(I apologized 2 hours later when I wrote that I would post a review online, "good" customer orientation)
How did you solve my situation? No way.
There was no question of any refund of my money for a paid, defective order.
I was told to return the order with this piece of plastic (I was never given a specific answer, where it came from and what it is in general) and they said that they would bring half a pizza in half an hour.
As a result:
For MY own money, my order was delivered to me for 2 hours (but what about 60 minutes? and the order is free?)
and they didn't even put the sauce, which I gave along with the defective pizza to the courier.
The horror!!!

As a frequent customer, I am very disappointed!
For the first time ever .. The courier was late yesterday.. to which I tried to clarify this point in technical support.
To which I was told that the courier could not reach me and my intercom was not working , and this is a blatant lie ! I don't have a goal to eat for free, I thought maybe I didn't specify the entrance correctly or something else..
Please teach your couriers to accept their mistakes and provide high-quality support service! Your courier most likely mixed up the entrances.. and my intercom worked because he rang it and I opened the door for him! But the courier told the support that he went into the entrance only because someone was coming out of it!
It's terrible that you are ready to lose your customers because of such a small thing .
The support service said to call me back.. as a result, I am still waiting for feedback.

It's a pity that you can't put fewer stars. I'll start from afar. The last time I ordered pizza in Lisitsa was in early 2020. At that time, I considered it one of the best chain pizzerias, recommended it to everyone, until today, of course. But what was my surprise today, 01/21/2024, when I was too lazy, I decided to remember the old years and order pizza in Lisitsa. Over-dried filling in a minimum amount, thin fatty (except that it just didn't drip off it, like from a grease, may the grease forgive me with such a comparison) dough. I didn't even believe it at first, I started blaming covid the old-fashioned way, but then I shared this work of art with my wife, who confirmed my fears.
I will say this, of course I will never order here again! I would also like to thank the courier who was late with the delivery and one pizza turned out for 1 kopeck, if he had also warned that the pizza was extremely tasteless, he would have given everything that was saved!

Скажу так , кто бы не тестил @koko. by @zatestil и тд на протяжении всего времени для меня были лучшими, выбирала именно эту сеть т.к. устраиволо обсалютно, вкусные начинки , кайфовое тесто, много начинки и соуса!!! обсалютно все, способ оплаты при получении 10+для меня очень удобно!!! Но 6 .08 заказав 2 пиццы ( ребенок приехал из другого города и да бы не готовить решила порадовать) Сама ахренела! Минимум ветчины , колбасок и соответственно, сыра и соуса, сухая, не вкусная и пустая!!! От слова совсем!!! Один нещастный корнешон размазали по всему тесту , больно...я понимаю что летом они дороже а свежие дешевле, совет один , маринуйте!!! Жаль не сфоткала весь этот треш, но если мой сын , уже конщуствует, и смазывает все майонезом и кетчупом т то это уже ппц и сорянте , отстой!!!

The young man got a stomach ache a couple of hours later, I felt sick at night, abdominal pain, started to feel sick.. I probably won't describe all the details, it became clear that they were poisoned.

Цены высоковаты, сервис на уровне, еда тоже неплохая, рекомендую бургер. Также берём мохентохены, неплохо и достаточно дёшево.
Очень быстро готовят.Доставка неплохая, но есть вопросы к температуре еды( пешком до заведения минут 5)

Впервые воспользовались доставкой еды от Пицца Лисицца. И совсем не пожалели!
Заказали бургеры-гриль (они оказались просто огроменные) и мохентохены (тоже немаленькие, при том, что брали стандартные). Каждое блюдо было в индивидуальной упаковке. Мало того, что отдельно в коробочке, так еще завернуто в бумагу и фольгу. Что еще очень понравилось и поразило, так это отдельно упакованные салфетки для каждого!)
Доставка приехала вовремя, к тому же с горячей едой) Однозначно будем заказывать еще, ведь у них так много вкусняшек, которые очень хочется попробовать!)

Много лет являюсь клиентом данной пиццерии, но вчера произошёл случай!!!!
В пицце был найден довольно большой камушек, как он туда попал? Был ли он один? Какие бактерии на нем были? Я могла сломать зуб, просто нет слов.
Сегодня позвонили и предложили скидку на следующий заказ (даже не возврат средств).
Следующего заказа не будет, здоровье важнее!
Отвечаю за свои слова, берегите зубы.
Очень жаль, что больше не смогу есть эту пиццу(

Попробовав у них пиццу другие вообще кажутся полной безвкусицей.
Короче и молодцы и держат и качество и цену за такое произведение можно было и поднять но у них своя стратегия и для потребителя как я она более чем привлекательна.
