The hotel is simple, it is 3*, the smell of mustiness is in the air. The rooms are basically clean, although shabby, without living creatures (in our room the bathroom was very worn), the linen is of good quality, but everything is stained. But I look at the hotel more simply, we only go there to sleep, so if the room is clean, there are beds and a decent breakfast, then everything is fine!
The breakfasts are not bad, the food is simple and monotonous, but of good quality and everything is always available, even if you come at the end!
The staff is pleasant
A huge plus of the hotel is the location - the very center! Everything is beautiful and well maintained, there is where to walk, what to see and where to eat tasty and inexpensive, there are a lot of shops nearby for shopaholics.

For 4 days, the room was never cleaned, even the garbage was not taken out, they provided the wrong room that they had booked, instead of a beautiful view from the window, a view of the repair shop.

Externally, I liked the lobby of the hotel. It is located in the city center - very convenient! Our room was "standard" on the 11th floor. Almost everything was fine: the beds are comfortable (mattress, pillows), the bed linen is the whitest!!!, there is air conditioning, amenities in the room. On the floor there is a cooler with water and an ironing board with a good iron. There are a couple of "buts": the toilet was wobbly, it was even scary; there was a lot of extra furniture for a small room - it was cramped.
The breakfast buffet is a large assortment and delicious. In general, we recommend it!

Everything else is fine. I haven't tried breakfast, so I can't rate it. Convenient location, there is everything nearby that can arouse interest. Good parking lot. Poor cleaning of the bathroom. The arrangement of furniture in the room is illogical - where there is a writing table, it is impossible to put a chair. The shower/faucet is broken. The breakfasts are tasteless, the tablecloths on the tables are dirty.

The rooms are Soviet-style, but clean. There is no kettle, respectively, tea, coffee, etc. The cooler is on the floor, the water is cold and hot, there are no mugs in the room either, only two glasses for water. The staff is helpful. We stayed at this hotel from 4 to 7 May. The first impression was sharply negative. We had problems with rescheduling the reservation (due to the fault of the intermediary), but there was a feeling that the girl at the Reception was trying to blame us for this. Instead of a banal apology for the inconvenience, we listened to accusations that we did not personally call the hotel and did not specify our reservation, and the fact that we have a voucher for accommodation "does not give her anything." I also could not clearly answer if there are available rooms, I sent them to look at the site)) which is quite problematic, since we are from another country, roaming.
After the showdown with the mediator, the girl still settled us, albeit with the most dissatisfied face and accusations against us)
There were no problems with the rest of the Reception staff.
The room was old, at first it stank terribly of some kind of dust, the air conditioner pretended to work, but in fact the temperature did not decrease. After flushing in the toilet with sounds like a rocket taking off, the toilet door did not fully close. A terrible system with keys, you will be forced to leave them at the reception.
In general, it is acceptable, but in my opinion the price for such a room and service is too high.

Very attentive staff, always ready to help. Quite a decent breakfast buffet with delicious coffee from the car, a variety of dishes and drinks. Everything was delicious. The room has a TV, a refrigerator, and a comfortable bed. The lobby of the first floor is very beautiful, there are many festive photo zones. We were satisfied with everything.

When checking into the room, they did not immediately check, they walked all day and late in the evening, standing in the shower, it became clear that there was no hot water and the faucet was torn off, it was impossible to close it back. Naturally, we immediately turned to the reception, sent a master who said that he was actually an electrician and if we needed to turn off the water, then it should be blocked somewhere under the toilet. The decision certainly did not suit. We turned to the reception once again, we were promptly moved to the next room, at least there was a whole faucet and warm water, although the pressure reminded us as if water was sprayed from a pipette (((( It is almost impossible to rinse hair normally under such pressure. Next time, if we are in Minsk, we will choose another hotel, we went to relax, and not solve everyday problems)))

Stayed with a friend at this hotel in May 2024, we really liked it. The location is great, opposite the park, near a large shopping center, fairs, where we bought gifts for our loved ones. We quickly checked in, the room was small, but clean and cozy, there was a good refrigerator in the room. On the day of the eviction, we quietly left our luggage in the luggage room and went for a walk light, which helped us a lot (we did not take extra money for this). I caught the Internet in the room, there were no problems with it, everything loaded quickly. The staff is friendly and sincere, like all people in Minsk. I boldly recommend this hotel!!!

The rooms are clean, but the bed has not been changed for a whole week), only towels and hygiene products were put in. It's generally fine. I've never written bad reviews, even if there were some flaws. But there are so many disadvantages in this hotel that it is impossible not to write. Don't be fooled by the more or less beautiful general view and entrance, everything else is a complete horror! Plumbing: there is not even such a thing in old communal apartments, there is no hot water, the taps on the sink turn with the mixer, I broke my nail on the button on the flush tank, and since it was impossible to press it, the watering can in the shower splashes everywhere, but not at you, and it's scary to go into this cabin. The maid only took the trash out of the basket, Wi-Fi is barely there, it's almost impossible to watch TV - everything hisses, about the key to the door in almost all reviews, okay, you can turn it in so as not to carry this weight with you, but here's the door!((( the doors close with such a bang that they never get used to it and jump and shudder every time. In general, I do not recommend a hotel, only if there are no other options left, and there is nowhere to spend the night.
