The old room stock.
Fungus in the shower stall, the doors of which are difficult to open and close, sealing rubber bands fall off. To enter the shower cabin, you need to lift your legs 60 cm. Part of the shower stall "eats up" the corner for sitting (who sits in the public shower?!) bulky, tall and people with 40-foot size and will no longer be able to wash properly.

You will not find water, a teapot, tea/coffee in the room. Maximum cooler in the common corridor. So if you still risked booking a room here, then take care of the availability of water in the room in advance.
The breakfasts are meager and cold even if you arrive at 7 a.m. The omelet looks like it is made from egg powder, the pastry is dry, as if it has been lying for a long time (cookies do not count).
And the "cherry on the cake" - in your booking you will not find information about the surcharge for early check-in and even if you arrive around 12 p.m. You will immediately be issued, a key will be given, you will pay the amount indicated in the booking and only then you will be stunned by the fact that you also owe for an early check-in even if you did not ask for it!
By the way, this information is not available on the hotel's website either, or it is so hidden somewhere that it can only be found with the help of dogs or a mat!

The numbers are like a lottery. Some will be lucky, and some will not. We stayed for one night. We arrived late in the evening. Room 34 on the 6th floor was not prepared. The sound didn't work on the TV (it was fixed quickly). The shower curtain is not working properly, the drain worked poorly. The administration has not commented on the situation and has not apologized. It doesn't match 3 stars. I do not recommend it

A terrible hotel, checked in an hour after 14 o'clock, as they should have, with a scandal.
A suite, it's just from the word "not a Suite", but just a simple Soviet room.
But the funniest thing in the evening began, a strong hum in the hood, and this is a SUITE room, the bathroom is dirty, it's just terrible.
I went to ask for another room, but they moved me, even though I slept peacefully for a few hours.
I don't recommend it.

Overall, I liked the hotel, the location is excellent, within walking distance of bus stops, metro, city center, shopping center. I really liked the view of Victory Park, and the park itself too. Hospitable and friendly staff, parking.
We were there for three days, a two-room Suite. The room is clean, everything declared is available, good snow-white linen, towels, soap and soap are laid daily, everything works. I liked the beds, the mattresses, there were not enough slippers, it was May, the heating was turned off, the floors were cold.
The weak link is breakfast, sadness, expensive, poor, sad. Moreover, there is nowhere to have breakfast in the district before 10, all cafes are from 10.

Quite a decent interior design of the hotel is from the old Soviet chic times.The location is just great for me - the center is not far away, and the beautiful surroundings of significant architectural structures. I am satisfied. The service could have been more attentive (I mean the work of the reception staff). The breakfast menu is very rich in assortment, and changes every day. If I had come again, I would have stayed here for sure.

It was fundamentally important for us to check in early, we were given this opportunity with a +50% surcharge. We were given a room on the top floor with a stunning view from the window. The interior is classic, a little outdated, but everything is so neat that there are no signs of "fatigue". There are no complaints about cleanliness. Soap-shampoo-conditioner is available in the bathroom. A dental kit can be purchased at the reception. The staff is attentive and friendly. The elevators are a little slow, but there are several of them, some will come ;) Wi-Fi is provided for each device and worked perfectly, pulled the video without slowing down. The sound insulation is good, the neighbors have not heard. There is no kettle in the room, but there is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floor. Breakfast was not taken. The location of the hotel is in the green zone. There is no metro in the vicinity, but walking is not a problem (10-15 minutes), + taxi services in Minsk are cheap. It is possible to leave things in storage before and after check-in. Hotels in Minsk are generally expensive, this hotel is optimal in terms of price/quality /convenience.

We were in Minsk with a cultural program, stayed in a hotel for 2 nights. Pros - located in the center, there is its own Parking. Cons - everything else. First, we were settled in an unmade room, from where someone had just moved out. From the second time we received a cleaned one. But in this room (as well as others, apparently) - the parquet floor is worn to holes, it is unpleasant to walk without shoes, but there are no slippers in the room, they must be bought at the reception. One pair is 3.5 Belarusian rubles. Dirty curtains, a layer of dust on the windowsill. There is no kettle, bottled water (met in all hotels). There is no soap in the bathroom, there was 1 bag of shower gel and 3 bags of shampoo (for two people). The shower stalls are small. The shower watering can flows from all sides, the doors in the shower stall close badly. Water flows from the bottom of the pallet to the floor. The heated towel rail is hanging on the screws torn out of the wall. More than half of the lamps are not lit in the corridors.
Although I saw a lot of similar reviews, I hoped that in fact not everything is so bad. But in fact it is. I don't recommend it.

The windows overlooked Pobediteley Avenue, the park and the embankment. It's a very pleasant picture.
Of the cons: the hotel, to put it mildly, is not new. The furniture in the rooms is already a little "tired". There were some problems with Wi-Fi. When trying to log in, a message about technical work popped up, information about the duration of which could not be clarified. But, to be fair, it was during the night hours and eventually lasted about an hour. Well, the sound insulation. You can hear everything that happens in the next room and in the hall very well.

The Planeta Hotel is located in the very center of Minsk. In general, the hotel meets the stated 3 stars. The staff is friendly, the room is cleaned daily. Upon check-in, a parking space for cars is offered, which is also not a little important in the capital. On the second floor there is a restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. As for me, there is not enough kettle in the room. But it should be noted that there is a cooler in the lobby of the floor, in which there is always water. Terrible hotel.
The room was not cleaned normally during the entire week of stay.
They came to the reception on the 3rd day and asked to start changing at least the bed linen - the employees, rolling their eyes, said that they could not solve this request, since the laundry was not under their control and they did not know how everything was arranged there.
To my question, "how often do you have room cleaning in general?" they answered that "every 3 days." Naturally, no one changed the bed linen after 3 days of stay, or after a week of stay.
Another comical situation was when, at about 10 o'clock in the evening, the reception again asked for toilet paper, because it was not added to the room, the employees again looked round with horror and said that they could not help and that the main laundry service would start working only at 8 a.m. the next day.
I had to drag myself to the store after a whole day on my feet and buy paper on my own.
But then at 8 a.m. the next day, they started hammering into the room with all their might, trying to give out a roll of toilet paper that no one needed anymore.
It's just a circus with horses of some kind.
Breakfast at the hotel is a separate nightmare for the stomach: the food is over-salted, fatty, over-salted cheap sausages, instead of normal coffee in the coffee machine there was disgusting instant powdered caffeine a la Nescafe Classic Burnt, which could not be drunk, a strange mess called "omelette", the very sight of which could only make you sick.
The room itself is small, very tired and worn, without repair, with hair on the floor and dust in the corners.
The front door can neither be opened / closed without a bang, a separate minus is a heavy key, which each time had to be handed over when leaving the hotel in the morning, and then extracted back when returning in the evening.
The shower cabin is super cramped, the doors rattled when opening and closing and resisted any action so that there was a fear that they would fall off at some point.
The shower cabin was not cleaned at all, and on the 4th day the drain was also clogged.
And as the cherry on the cake, somewhere on the 4th day of stay at the hotel, repairs began, which was accompanied by the booming sounds of a jackhammer from 9 a.m.
I highly do not recommend this hotel.

The staff is polite, the maid came on the second day. The room itself looks very "tired" because of the old parquet, you can't walk on it without slippers. Our Windows faced the parking lot (which is free for hotel residents and there are always places there, this is a plus), there was a wind at night and there was a strong wind from the windows, apparently the windows were not adjusted.

Very nice hotel in the city center. Prices for this level are more than affordable.
Near the bank, bus stop, shopping center, museum. GUM can be reached quickly by bus in 5-7 minutes.
The hotel always has drinking water, an ironing board with an iron on the floor.
The biggest disadvantage is the quality of the plumbing. The showers are flowing, there are cracks everywhere, water. Bed linen is not changed, only towels. Shampoo and gel are given only once, the conditioner almost does not work.
But there is a refrigerator, glasses, a lot of light in the room, clean. Overall, not bad.

1) location - within walking distance of many attractions, lots of shops, including super-budget Neighbors
2) water pressure and towels - it's a pleasure to wash in the shower
3) wifi is slow, but it catches well in the room
Minuses:
1) the room is small, the shower is shabby
2) there is no kettle, the cooler is shared on the floor, the water is drunk quickly
3) the phone is disconnected in the room, there is a refrigerator, but it does not cool - the reception said that this is normal. It's wild to live in a room with broken appliances
