A great place to enjoy delicious food)
The prices are reasonable.
Of what I liked the most: steak with vegetables, Caesar with shrimp, pork kebab.
The staff- due to the fact that there are always a lot of people who get tired (I think so), and sometimes they are not very smiling, and you need patience to wait and serve) but because of this taste, it did not bother us much.
Many thanks to the young man - the waiter - always with a smile and a good sense of humor!
Even when the lights were turned off, the kitchen was working, which made me very happy))

In 2024, we discovered a cozy and peaceful place with a variety of food. Very attentive staff, having heard that the blinds were coolly closed, thank you very much. The toilet is clean. Now for the food: awesome strudel, rustic potatoes, exotic salad, they didn't remember the name of the dish, but the cutlet is not tasty and the dumplings are a little fatty, but they didn't take off the star, we recommend you to visit.

We had a rest in Ldzaa in August 2024. According to reviews, they chose the Sunflower cafe for food. And they never regretted it. The cafe is located next to the hotel where we stayed. Very convenient. The cafe's menu is varied. There are dishes of European and Caucasian cuisine. The food is delicious. The prices are affordable, the service is fast. There are always a lot of visitors in the cafe, which in itself is an indicator. Sometimes I even had to wait 20 minutes for an empty table. We ate in this cafe for all 10 days of rest. We changed our choice a couple of times and immediately became convinced that in the price-quality category "Sunflower" is out of competition.

A welcoming, cozy place. Everything on the table was incredibly delicious, cooked from the heart. There is no dough in the pizza, there is a lot of filling. Salad with crispy eggplant, rolls. We have met a lot of positive reviews about Sunflower in the telegram group about Abkhazia. And, of course, we have added this cafe to our list of cafes and restaurants.
The first time we went there was in the afternoon for lunch. Almost all the tables were occupied, but we were lucky and there was an empty table. The tables are on the veranda in the fresh air, which is a plus for me. We have accepted an order, they do not cook for a long time, especially considering the number of visitors.
Everything was delicious, the portions were large, the prices were normal.
The second time we decided to have dinner here. When we arrived, all the seats were occupied and we had to wait 20-30 minutes until a table was available. People came for us too, and a queue formed at the tables. We were asked to wait outside so as not to stand over the visitors.
What can I say about the result. The place is good, I advise you to visit.
For the owners, the advice is to think about benches for those waiting)) Or expand) And it would be nice to introduce table reservations.

Anyone who writes about poor service has not yet seen bad service, or, as they say, he himself radiates what he receives. The waiters are working hard. I haven't seen queues anywhere else here. The food is normal and delicious. There are, of course, mistakes. Someone writes about serving dishes, but this is a cafe in the village, not a restaurant..it's so nice to see the same hostess from year to year, I'm glad that they didn't sell, they didn't spoil. We found 3 waiters changing over the years. The young man Daniel is just cool. Remembers everything, does not confuse anything, always treats requests with understanding. In short, he knows his job and gives himself completely to it. It is always clean here, with such a flow of people, the waiters manage to clean everything, wipe it, and start serving in a new way. Importantly, the dishes are always clean too, which cannot be said about other establishments here. It's unpleasant when the food comes warmed up, but it's rather rare, at least for us. I can't imagine what kind of soap the cooks in the kitchen are in. The electricity in the village is turned off, the sunflower continues to plow on the generator)) they won't leave you hungry) music, beautiful yellow color, greenery around, everything is at your disposal)) prosperity to the Sunflower, do not give up your position, but keep your level!)

Наш любимый ресторан в Пицунде. Быстрая подача, все столики на свежем воздухе но под крышей, все в тени. Очень очень вкусная еда. Огромный выбор. Очень красивое оформление блюд. Очень вежливые официанты. И цены радуют. Идеально все. И парковка всегда есть. И рядом банановые пальмы под которыми любят гулять дети в ожидании заказа. А готовят здесь быстро. И очень очень вкусно. Только сюда и хочется ходить, не смотря на то что нам далеко идти оно того стоит. Это самое лучшее место во всем мире. Мы уже много всего здесь попробовали, обязательно попробуем все остальное. Спасибо что так вкусно готовите. Спасибо что вы есть!

The service is just a dump of everything) the waitress says from the doorway that you won't sit down, and when you sit down, she doesn't do anything to make you eat, she just doesn't fit, and when she does, she obviously does you a great favor. You can't even pay off properly, because the waitress is just not interested in you) she walks away from you without even noticing that you are very polite to her. There is only one conclusion: not a foot here.

We were in September 2024, but we didn't go again once. You are greeted by a waitress with a very dissatisfied look, it is written right on her face "why did you come here?" The cafe is nothing special, wooden tables, benches... And the prices are definitely restaurant prices, the boat was brought raw, as well as trout with vegetables, which was honestly fresh, without salt, pepper and any spices, the cook understands vegetables as 2 mugs of tomatoes and 4-5 pieces of green pepper, also no fresh - 800 rub fish. The meat of the Abkhazian was delicious. (There is a dining room at some boarding house not far away, the prices correspond to the quality and the trout is delicious more than once) Another big minus for me personally is that you can smoke everywhere in the cafe, in the evening it would be fine, but if you do not smoke and decide to have breakfast with the children, be prepared to sit in cigarette smoke... Everyone puts 5, maybe we're the only unlucky ones, but I think many just don't waste time on reviews...

Отдыхаю в Лдзаа 8 лет подряд и каждый раз обязательно заглядываю в Подсолнух.
Сразу скажу, что это было одним из моих любимых кафе в Абхазии.Всегда было вкусно, быстро и официанты добрые и отзывчивые.
Последний визит просто разочаровал.
На входе образовалась очередь, мы ее очень быстро прошли, но пришлось сесть за неубранный стол, так как его не особо спешили убрать ( я списала это на занятость официантов), в итоге через минут 10 стол убрали и мы даже смогли пересесть за другой более подходящий. заказали 2 порции шашлыка куриного и картофель по деревенски. Домашнего вина не оказалось ( делаю скидку на воскресенье, могли разобрать)
Ждали мы свои блюда час или час с небольшим.
Шашлык принесли, но не тот что я помню: я помню вкусные сочные кусочки филе, а в наших порциях добрая половина была костей ( по факту обрубки ног и крыльев курицы).
Про картофель забыли вовсе. И вот мы уже накушались и навыскребались шашлыка, подходит девушка и удивленно спрашивает почему нам не принесли деревню.
Оказывается другие официанты догадались вынести шашлык, но про картофель не догадались.
Все таки мы картошку получили, но опять же удовольствия я не получила и от неё : она либо изначально не была чуть хрустящей либо слишком долго вымокала на выдаче.
Теперь про обстановку в целом:
Потерялась изюминка общения официанта с гостем: прежние официанты ( до 21г) были просто супер.
Работали быстро, приносили блюда вовремя, быстро сажали гостей. Нынешние : вроде и носятся, однако из запары не вылезают. Да и удивила картина как один официант в запаре, а другой сидит отдыхает.странно.
Оставляю 3 звезды за историю. Надеюсь это был не мой день, и все на самом деле не так плохо.

Лучшее, на наш взгляд, кафе в этом месте. Понравилась именно домашняя еда, вкусно, довольно большое меню, не маленькие порции, приемлемые цены. Девочки-официантки клиентоориентированные, радушные, обслуживают быстро, что для Абхазии не очень характерно. Отсутствие шика в оформлении кафе полностью компенсируется вкусной домашней кухней, приятной музыкой. Обязательно вернёмся, если поедем на следующий год.
