You can write about the training process for an endless time, because I am absolutely delighted. Each workout is a new complex, new exercises, both personal and group. A personal approach for each person, even if you are after an injury. All coaches are professional active athletes with extensive experience and experience. And there's awesome music playing here, and you can have a lot of fun during training. And the most important thing is that no one will kick you out after training, you can safely stay and continue to stretch and relax. This is one of the best gyms I've ever trained in.
