I forgot my backpack with my documents in the taxi. Yandex.Taxi support gave unintelligible answers, sending the taxi driver's phone number three times from another order. I contacted the police and explained the situation. They called the driver when I was there, and it turned out that he had taken the backpack to the office, from where I picked it up.
