Care is felt in everything, in relation to pets, in the organization of the reception, in the cleanliness and comfort of the classrooms. Honestly, I was even envious, they don't treat people the way they treat animals here. I used to think that the price of services was too high, but here I was waiting for a pleasant surprise, the price for the service turned out to be the same as everyone else's, but I didn't have to run to buy additional medicine and materials like others, everything was included in the price. Many thanks to the team of specialists: playwright Pauline Derbeeva, anaesthetist Alina Strelchenko, assistant surgeon Daria Solovyova and the girls at the reception. I was completely blown away when, a day later, they called from the clinic and asked how Asya (the cat) felt and if they needed a consultation. Negative opinion about this vet clinic. I went there twice and was disappointed twice. A few years ago, a dog that was 12 years old was brought in. By all accounts, she was a non-survivor, but the family believed that it was still possible to save and, on the recommendation of a doctor, agreed to surgery and treatment. At that time, we paid about 1,000 rubles for everything, and the dog died 2 weeks later. Today I also applied to this institution, the doctor did not even consider it necessary to turn around, talking to me, looking at the computer monitor. Money is being pulled for absolutely everything, even for a prescription. I will not contact this vet clinic anymore!
