I pray, all pet owners hear me! On 09/01/2024, we brought our family member to this "miracle clinic"! The cat was 10 months old. The diagnosis is acute urinary retention! The urine was pumped out, an IV was made. They told me to definitely see a nephrologist tomorrow. Signed up. The cat ate, was cheerful, tried to write on latok himself. The second day, we arrived again. The doctor did an ultrasound, nothing critical according to the tests. Again, they pumped out a little urine, the bladder was said to be slightly inflamed. They told me to monitor urine waste if I couldn't pee and take me to the hospital. Day three - the cat neither ate nor drank. They brought me to pump out the urine again. The girl doctor could not help in any way, she inserted the catheter into the paw 4 times, having pierced the entire paw before that. She couldn't drain the urine. They said you need to leave them, do sedation and insert a catheter under it and collect urine. As a result, the "wonderful" doctors failed to insert a urinary catheter. They said they needed an operation - urethrostomy! We insisted on taking all the necessary tests and ultrasound before the operation. They warned that the cat had lung problems. They called us back 40 minutes later and said that the cat was completely healthy and there were no contraindications to surgery! After the operation (in an hour and a half), they will call us back. As a result, after 3 hours we called ourselves... We were told that our cat's heart had stopped, and he had not had surgery... They did intensive care for 25 minutes, the heart was started, he should soon leave and run home himself... But they also told me not to come to them! But we were already near their sinister clinic. The cat was in a terrible state. He never recovered from anesthesia. The intensive care doctor did not come up to us, ran away from us and hid. The staff had no answers to all our questions...
the cat was half alive... We decided to leave it there, under the instruments, since it was very weak. We were in touch with the doctor on duty all night, who suggested that we let the cat go or do sedation... We had one request to them, so that the cat would live until the morning to transfer it
for further treatment to another clinic. He lived until morning and lived for another 10 days, thanks to the wonderful doctors of ANOTHER clinic, who fought with us and corrected the mistakes of this most terrible clinic in our lives! Our ginger has not been with us for 7 days, and we sooo ask, pray and shout, if you love and want to save the lives of your beloved pets, in no case take them to this "morgue"! Animals are being killed here....

After the cat's withdrawal from anesthesia, he became worse, and a day later vomited coffee grounds. They took him urgently, said the cat was completely ill, he needed a transfusion, we found a cat, transfused it, according to the doctors, he felt better, but by the evening his condition worsened. For 3 days, doctors took turns torturing the cat with tests, but they did not understand why he developed internal bleeding. 03.10.2024 the cat died. As a result: dental surgery, but dies for other reasons. We concluded that doctors do not keep documentation of what they prescribe, in what doses, they do not even have a common opinion on the diagnosis and how and what to treat. They can't do tests either. But with all this, your money is very well considered, as for money, then you will be wrapped up to your underpants. Our conclusion on the cat is that the doctors killed the cat during the operation by injecting him with an intolerable drug, and then finished him off trying to figure out what the reason was. And this is a clinic that has a lot of equipment and a laboratory. Хочу выразить огромную благодарность доктору Сёмчиной Марине Вадимовне, которая лечит моих животных уже много лет, за её профессионализм, чуткость и внимательное отношение. Я принесла на стерилизацию дикую кошку, мне стоило больших трудов её выловить. В регистратуре меня не хотели принимать, поскольку я предварительно дикую кошку на стерилизацию не записывала, я понимала, что если кошку выпущу, то уже не словлю её. В этот день мне очень повезло - на смене была Марина Вадимовна, она очень оперативно решила этот вопрос и через час я кошку уже забрала. Также Марина Вадимовна вылечила всех шестерых котят этой кошки, их удалось приручить и найти им дом. Благодаря Марине Вадимовне во дворе нашего дома прекратилась бесконтрольная рождаемость бездомных диких кошек, поэтому благодарность не только от меня, но и от всех жильцов нашего дома!

Хотим выразить большую благодарность клинике Поливет и лично Титушкину Сергею Ивановичу и Верес Екатерине Сергеевне!
Сегодня делали кастрацию и чистку зубов нашему шпицу. Случай непростой, пёс крипторх, плюс очень маленького размера. Вес 1,9кг. Но всё прошло хорошо, после наркоза малыш проснулся довольно быстро и пришёл в себя.
Мы благодарны вам за ваш профессионализм, за заботливое и внимательное отношение к нашему мальчику и к нам, потому что мы очень тревожные родители.
Нам всё детально объяснили как будет проходить операция, какой наркоз, сколько времени операция займёт , как потом будет выходить из наркоза. Малыш выходил из наркоза рядом с нами, что сделало счастливыми и нас, и его)
После операции нам детально объяснили все назначения, как делать обработку, дали необходимые лекарства с собой.

Замечательная клиника. Работают профессионалы своего дела. Очень хорошее оборудование. У нас 2 собаки . Неоднократно обращались в эту клинику. Огромное спасибо Сёмчиной Марии Вадимовне за внимание и лечение нашей собаки дворняжки и хирургу Титушкину Сергею Ивановичу. К нему обращались в 2021 году по поводу опухоли у немецкой овчарке на задней лапе. Операция и послеоперационная консультация продлили нашей возрастной овчарке жизнь. Мы долго принимали решение насчёт операции . Надо было сразу прислушиться к мнению Сергея Ивановича. Клинику рекомендую . Благодарны всему персоналу за внимание и профессионализм!

Неплохая клиника. Самый широкий спектр услуг. Наверное, единственная в Гомеле, где сделают и биохимию, и рентген, и прочие анализы. Есть гостиница для животных. Но цены, простите, неадекватны, по-моему. Человеку дешевле сдать анализы, чем в этой клинике. Ночью приём на 20% дороже. Итого это подобранное четырёхлапое чудо обошлось мне в стоимость породистого кошака с родословной) утром часто очереди, лучше записываться

The dog runs like crazy.
So what would happen if, on the recommendation of a doctor
Vorobey A.V., would we drink an antibiotic for 5 days and walk with a tick???? Just a negligent attitude towards four-legged patients!!!!

Знаю эту клинику с 2014, когда у меня появился питомец кошечка. Сейчас , конечно, многие ушли, но есть и врачи от бога, которые на сегодня там трудятся, а также просто делитанты. Нужно было сделать кошке укол и дать таблетки, все препараты были с собой, осталось произвести манипуляции. Приехала в субботу около22, дежурим две замечательные девушки. Одну я знаю еще с 2014, ставила нам прививки, вторая помолрже. Моя киса дама с характером сидела, как завороженная. Люди , действительно любят животных, тк они это чувствуют, я уверена. Все прошло просто замечательно. В воскресенье просто кошмар.Не буду описывать, как пихали таблетки, так еще запись с шприца ч иголкой чуть не дали. Хорошо я одернула. В итоге порвнили губу кошке. В завершении не срабатывает терминал. Пришлось ехать в 22.40 искать на гипер снять наличные. Не стала устраивать скандал, но осадок остался.
