Care is felt in everything, in relation to pets, in the organization of the reception, in the cleanliness and comfort of the classrooms. Honestly, I was even envious, they don't treat people the way they treat animals here. I used to think that the price of services was too high, but here I was waiting for a pleasant surprise, the price for the service turned out to be the same as everyone else's, but I didn't have to run to buy additional medicine and materials like others, everything was included in the price. Many thanks to the team of specialists: playwright Pauline Derbeeva, anaesthetist Alina Strelchenko, assistant surgeon Daria Solovyova and the girls at the reception. I was completely blown away when, a day later, they called from the clinic and asked how Asya (the cat) felt and if they needed a consultation. Negative opinion about this vet clinic. I went there twice and was disappointed twice. A few years ago, a dog that was 12 years old was brought in. By all accounts, she was a non-survivor, but the family believed that it was still possible to save and, on the recommendation of a doctor, agreed to surgery and treatment. At that time, we paid about 1,000 rubles for everything, and the dog died 2 weeks later. Today I also applied to this institution, the doctor did not even consider it necessary to turn around, talking to me, looking at the computer monitor. Money is being pulled for absolutely everything, even for a prescription. I will not contact this vet clinic anymore!

Unfortunately, the doctor who operated is no longer working. The dog has a recurrence of the disease in February. We made an appointment with a doctor and had a consultation. The operation was scheduled for 03/13/16. We left the house at 11:00, as tests and ultrasound of the heart were scheduled for 13:00. At 4 p.m. (the appointment was for 3 p.m.), we were taken for surgery, but at 4:30 p.m. the doctor came out and informed us that he had changed his mind about the operation. He offered to watch for a month, drink doxycycline. He had doubts about both the diagnosis and the cost of the operation, and he considered the amount that was reported to him at the registry office to be insufficient. Although no one was haggling and was not going to do it. We arrived home at 20:00. My poor dog. The next day, I wrote to the registry office asking them to sign us up for another surgeon. We were admitted to the surgeon Vorobey A.V. We came for a consultation, he examined the paw very carefully, questioned and got acquainted with the medical history. On March 27, he underwent surgery on his sore paw. We passed the histology of the tumor, and it was confirmed to be benign. The paw was difficult to heal, but Andrey Vasilyevich was always in touch! The receptionist, Alina, is a wonderful girl, but this time we had a surrealistic situation. We see the cat here so regularly that, probably, we have already become "familiar" to everyone. This time, the animal was treated for a month, we traveled to Belarus regularly, changed the schemes, tactics, diagnoses, however, there were no improvements. At the next appointment, the doctor, to whom we had come for the first time in the history of appeals, said: "well... you can do a CT scan, but it's expensive, let's treat this first, if it doesn't help, then this, and if it doesn't help, then this will remain, by exclusion." Literally! While we were driving home, we thought for a long time why the clinic was saving my money, and not the animal. We called the reception, made an appointment for a CT scan and at the same time a bronchopulmonary lavage on our own. Two weeks later, after the CT scan, another doctor who conducted it reported that the results of the study would be ready in two or three days. Next is the adjustment of treatment. Good. We have been waiting for two days. We have been waiting for three days. For a second, the animal has been sick for a month. It's kind of here... We're waiting, but maybe not the time. If we can't stand it, we call ourselves. The doctor promises to send the results by 18:00. Okay I am arranging with a specialist from a large network of veterinary clinics in Russia to also get acquainted with the results, I promise that they will be by 18:00. I'm waiting, waiting for the "paid" doctor, waiting for the verdict and treatment of the animal - silence. I write at 20:00. They read and are silent. I write at 21:00 - they read and are silent. At the beginning of the tenth (!) In the evening, I inform you that this is unprofessional behavior (after all, it would have been trivial to report the delay - you would have been understood) - and only after that electronic statements were "thrown" at me and treatment was offered. With all due respect to the doctors we regularly visited BEFORE this incident, we went to another clinic for monitoring, and from now on we will only look at a dermatologist who has been leading the animal for a very long time.

I also noticed the illiterate speech; in the conclusion, non-existent dosages of pills were indicated, but the doctor later said that she had "blunted". We did take a blood test, it was normal, and after that the doctor (already on the phone) could not justify the prescription of the antibiotic again, and when I asked her to talk to one of the doctors, she said that the head physician would call me back. However, no one called back.
