Nice hotel.Small, cozy.Clear.Bathrobes, slippers, but no kettle.If you ask, they give it to you.A good mattress and pillows.I want to write about breakfast.We had breakfast 2 times.But they were different shifts.And 13.05.everything was on the buffet-and pancakes, cheesecakes,teas in thermoses, everything is hot, pancakes are very tasty,sour cream for pancakes.Cups, sugar..Everything is on the tables.It turned out to be only 13.05, but on the trail.the morning of 14.05 on the other shift, there was nothing on the tables.Everything had to be ordered.In the first.we had fried eggs all day, everything else was on the table, but there was none of this here and we had to ask for everything, even tea, sugar,.Therefore, this shift has a big disadvantage.Such things are a minus for the hotel.Hope

I've stayed at this hotel twice. Perhaps the rooms here are not cheap, but for me it is worth every ruble. Comfortable rooms, clean, everything you need is there. The breakfasts are delicious, in addition to a small buffet, you can order a hot dish to choose from. The staff at the reception are very polite, attentive and always ready to help. And the location is very convenient, not far from the Trinity suburb, Nemiga metro station nearby, bus stops, trolleybuses, trams. Next time in Minsk, I will also stay here.
The only negative for me is a noisy refrigerator. I had to turn it off at night to fall asleep peacefully.

We booked a hotel from 14.07-17.07, spent one night and moved out, or rather ran away. I don't really understand the rave reviews, but everyone has their own. They gave one star for breakfast.
And so I'll start with the advantages of the hotel:
1. Good location
2. Large spacious room
3. Excellent breakfasts
4. Clean bed linen
That's where the advantages end.
Disadvantages of the hotel:
1. The rooms have a musty smell mixed with sweat. So two rooms were changed and there was a musty and sweaty smell in all of them, especially in the first room. It would be all right if the smell faded, the room was left to air out, and the smell just stood there, it's not clear why.
2. Everyone writes about clean rooms, or we were unlucky (but it's hard to believe it, since two rooms cannot be dirty). The carpet has not been cleaned for a long time, as there is a large layer of dust. Plumbing is washed with a quick hand, streaks are visible, other people's hair is present. A bathrobe with hair. The window sills in the room are dirty, some stains, it is not clear from what. The tulle is dirty, the mirrors are stained. The cherry on the cake is the lipstick on the headrest by the bed, well, it could have been washed. Bedside tables inside with a layer of dust and forgotten earplugs.
3. The air conditioner did not work, the cold air did not drive at 16 degrees, we did not solve this issue, because we knew that tomorrow we would move out of this hotel.
4. There is no kettle in the room, it is provided on request, but the kettle is rusty.
5. The restaurant is open until 19:00. This is not indicated anywhere on the site and if you stopped by after 19, then you need to look for a place to eat.
6. There is no private parking.
To summarize, the hotel needs a general cleaning and replacement of the carpet with something else, since they do not know how to clean it.
I do not advise staying in this hotel, as the hotel is dirty and it is not comfortable to stay in it.

We stayed here from June 2 to June 7, we really liked everything! The hotel is small, clean, the staff is friendly and attentive! All issues are resolved instantly! My husband was congratulated on his birthday, it was very unexpected and very pleasant! The breakfast buffet is small, but you can order various options for a hot breakfast - pancakes, porridge, omelette. The main sights of Minsk are within walking distance. Next time, just come here! The only wish is to add a second chair to the Suite, one chair for three guests is sometimes not enough :)

My feedback will be positive. She took off the star for organizing breakfasts. I would especially like to thank the booking service for providing me with the room exactly as I requested. Room 35 overlooks a quiet courtyard. The room has excellent plumbing and a comfortable bed. Of the cons, there is no tea station. I think for such money [7000 per room per day] it would be possible to organize a buffet and put a kettle, cups and so on in each room, as it should be. Otherwise, everything was fine, there are a lot of channels on TV, if anyone needs it. The hotel has an elevator, only 6 floors, mostly 5 rooms on 3,4,5 floors. The sound insulation is good. I didn't really like the organization of the breakfasts.

I really liked the hotel, next to the Bolshoi Theater, the place is very beautiful, calm, green, you can walk to the main tourist places. Nice hotel. It is conveniently located just behind the Opera and Ballet Theater, within walking distance of the metro. The staff is customer-oriented. A wonderful boutique hotel, beautiful and comfortable rooms, very clean, friendly staff, generous and delicious breakfast and all this for a reasonable price, significantly lower than in other hotels of the same class in Minsk. We should also mention the convenient location on a quiet street right next to the park and the Bolshoi Theater of Belarus. Nearby is also the Trinity Suburb - an old renovated quarter, as well as the Cathedral and other interesting places.

It is conveniently located within walking distance between the main sights of Minsk. We booked a room for the weekend with breakfast. The restaurant has a standard breakfast menu. But all the dishes are very tasty and the portions are large! The staff is polite and friendly!

Nice hotel in the city center. It is close to the metro station, if you need to get on and drive somewhere. Nearby there is a park, a Large theater, an embankment, a shopping center Gallery (if clothes or groceries are needed). There are no complaints about the hotel itself, the cleaning is excellent, towels are changed, bath accessories are replenished when used.
For minor disadvantages, I would single out breakfasts, they are not very diverse and sometimes add a lot of oil to dishes cooked in butter (pancakes, omelette, scrambled eggs). And the second disadvantage is that if you sleep with the windows open, then around 3-4 hours the racers prevent you from sleeping, you often wake up in the middle of the night. Otherwise, the hotel left a pleasant impression.

A wonderful cozy hotel in the historical place of Minsk, in the city center with a view of the Opera and Ballet Theater. The standard room is more like a suite, with snow-white linen, bathrobes and towels. Fabulous cleanliness. Excellent breakfasts, large portions on which you can last until dinner. What did you like:
Location- right in front of the Bolshoi Theatre, 10 minutes walk to Nemiga.
Nice friendly girls at the reception.
Large rooms, lots of water are a compliment.
What didn't you like:
At first, they settled in a dark, damp, musty room with a single window, half blocked by a pipe wall, and a damp balcony with standing water. And that's for 8,100₽ per night! After my request, they changed to a normal room the next day. This is a plus. But in general, such rooms cannot be sold at the same price as standard ones, it's off the scale.
I still didn't like the breakfast system - you can only take bread, cheese, sausage, sliced vegetables and fruits, and yogurt freely on the Shvets table. Omelette/scrambled eggs, porridge, pancakes or cheesecakes - you need to order (2 items), and then wait more than 20 minutes. Damn, breakfast should be fast, because there are a lot of plans ahead. And you have to spend an hour on it, half of which you sit over an empty plate and wait for food. And the coffee is getting cold. I highly recommend putting the hot stuff in free access too. Let there be a little less variation, but guests will be able to have breakfast promptly.
Another disadvantage is audibility - when they are talking on the phone in the next room, you literally hear the whole conversation.
Cars are driving under the windows, it's quite noisy, if it's important to someone.
And finally, even in the second room with two windows facing the sunny side, there was a strange musty smell in the room. Whether it's carpet or furniture, it's unpleasant.
In general, I would not go to this hotel a second time.
The cons outweigh the pros.

I'll start with the disadvantages, which did not spoil our rest, however. In a couple of days, I called to clarify whether it was possible to arrange a compliment in the room, in honor of the birthday, they said they would arrange it, but it never happened. We took a 2-room room, a sofa for a child in a separate room, but there was no linen and it was offered to pay an additional 75 Belarusian rubles per night..for bed linen) have never encountered this in hotels before..
Among the advantages, I would like to mention delicious breakfasts, good cappuccino, good location.

Overall, the hotel is not bad, but there are a few buts. The refrigerator was rattling in the room, I had to unplug it. The carpet in the rooms is dirty. Cleaning is done without fanaticism: the photo shows how a dead fly and the husk of pistachios that I did not eat are lying under the curtains :)
Tomorrow is not bad. But it does not reach the good level. The cook decided not to add salt to the porridge. The "pancakes" turned out to be one pancake with cottage cheese.
But the staff is very polite, they welcome guests from the bottom of their hearts, which pleased me.

We went to Belarus and decided to see the hero city of Minsk. We didn't book anything in advance, we called 10 hotels and stayed at the Polonaise Hotel. The friendly staff was waiting for us at the reception. We chose a Double room with a wide bed 2000x1800, my wife really liked it)) Modern comfortable rooms, very good service, slippers, towels, excellent and varied breakfasts, a good restaurant on the top floor. There is a parking lot for vehicles in the courtyard, with a video surveillance camera. All the sights of Minsk are within walking distance.
Thanks to the hotel for a great weekend!
I definitely recommend polonaise for a comfortable stay!

Excellent location, friendly staff, asked for a kettle in the room without any problems, left their groceries in the refrigerator at the reception without any problems either. On the day of departure, they left the suitcase until 21.00 so as not to drag it around. Of the disadvantages, I can only mention the monotonous and meager breakfast. Otherwise a great hotel.

We stayed at the Polonaise Hotel from September 9 to September 16, 2023. We were terribly satisfied. The room was on the 3rd floor, the windows overlooked the theater.
When choosing a hotel, it was the only one where there was not a single bad review. And it is clear why.
From the very beginning, I conducted phone calls and correspondence with the hotel via WhatsApp. Very convenient, because calls from Russia are expensive.
At 6 a.m., when we were already on the train from Moscow, my mother and I remembered that we didn't know how to get from the train station to the hotel. I started frantically writing to the hotel about the transfer to votsap. And we quickly agreed that we would be met near the car.
The hotel itself is small and cozy. We somehow then went to the hotel Belarus, which we also considered when searching for a hotel, and was glad that we chose Polonaise. There is a combination of a small cozy hotel on 6 floors (on the 6th floor there is a restaurant) and large rooms.
Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos of the room. The room is very very spacious. The bed is 180 cm. Spacious bathroom with shower and bidet. Convenient sink area (for me it's + because I have a bunch of jars). Not that it's important, but it's very nice - good water pressure in the shower.
We asked not to do cleaning every day, but even in this case, we just changed the towel and replenished the water supply. The water was just a separate surprise - 2 bottles of 0.5 per person are left on the table.
There are also bathrobes sealed in a package in the room.
The breakfasts are all very tasty. You can order, as we were told, at least 5-6 dishes.
There is a business lunch, but we didn't get to it with our many-hour walks.
On the day of departure, we had nowhere to have lunch after checking out of the room and we wanted to order food at the restaurant. It was Saturday and the restaurant was booked in the evening for the wedding. But the staff went to meet us and set up a personal table for the two of us. We made the order in advance by phone from the room.
Wi-Fi works very well throughout the hotel. And at the reception, and in the room, and on the 6th floor in the restaurant.
Absolutely every employee is very nice and polite.
The location of the hotel is also very good. If you go to the left, you'll get to the park. If you go straight, you will get to the sights and various shopping centers. And at the same time, the street is quite quiet in terms of cars.
We really liked it. And I have already recommended this hotel to my friends.

We had a family vacation (2 adults + 2 children) at the Polonaise Hotel for the November holidays. The hotel left an exceptionally positive impression. And this is due not only to its advantageous location (across the street from the Bolshoi Theater of Belarus), but also for the hospitality of the staff, a comfortable room, a high level of service, excellent price-quality ratio.
I want to return to the Polonaise hotel by myself, I want to recommend it to friends and family.
