A very cozy small hotel in the very center of the city. We stayed at this hotel for the first time. Despite the cloudy snowy days, the staff tried to make the rest comfortable and calm. I would like to say special thanks to the staff at the reception desk: they are always attentive to any request - the malfunction with the switch was immediately eliminated.

A wonderful hotel. We lived together for three days. The rooms are spacious, clean and furnished with beautiful, high-quality, expensive furniture. They lived, however, in one, but I assume that this is the case in all rooms. There are only 17 of them - the hotel is small and quiet. Everything is clean. The staff is very friendly and friendly. I would especially like to mention the employee who served breakfast from July 11th to 13th. "It was a Good Morning." Speaking of breakfast, it's a buffet. It is very sound and tasty. There is a covered part - two juices, two cheeses, three cuts of meat, butter, eggs, bread (delicious), chopped vegetables and fruits and hot boiled sausages. And also what is prepared according to your order (quickly) - scrambled eggs, omelets, porridge (semolina or oatmeal), pancakes. I especially recommend cheesecakes. This is a revealing dish. And tea (brewed in a kettle for you) or coffee (espresso, cappuccino, latte). In general, in my opinion, the best option is in the city center, for reasonable money.

We stayed at the Polonaise Hotel from September 9 to September 16, 2023. We were terribly satisfied. The room was on the 3rd floor, the windows overlooked the theater.
When choosing a hotel, it was the only one where there was not a single bad review. And it is clear why.
From the very beginning, I conducted phone calls and correspondence with the hotel via WhatsApp. Very convenient, because calls from Russia are expensive.
At 6 a.m., when we were already on the train from Moscow, my mother and I remembered that we didn't know how to get from the train station to the hotel. I started frantically writing to the hotel about the transfer to votsap. And we quickly agreed that we would be met near the car.
The hotel itself is small and cozy. We somehow then went to the hotel Belarus, which we also considered when searching for a hotel, and was glad that we chose Polonaise. There is a combination of a small cozy hotel on 6 floors (on the 6th floor there is a restaurant) and large rooms.
Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos of the room. The room is very very spacious. The bed is 180 cm. Spacious bathroom with shower and bidet. Convenient sink area (for me it's + because I have a bunch of jars). Not that it's important, but it's very nice - good water pressure in the shower.
We asked not to do cleaning every day, but even in this case, we just changed the towel and replenished the water supply. The water was just a separate surprise - 2 bottles of 0.5 per person are left on the table.
There are also bathrobes sealed in a package in the room.
The breakfasts are all very tasty. You can order, as we were told, at least 5-6 dishes.
There is a business lunch, but we didn't get to it with our many-hour walks.
On the day of departure, we had nowhere to have lunch after checking out of the room and we wanted to order food at the restaurant. It was Saturday and the restaurant was booked in the evening for the wedding. But the staff went to meet us and set up a personal table for the two of us. We made the order in advance by phone from the room.
Wi-Fi works very well throughout the hotel. And at the reception, and in the room, and on the 6th floor in the restaurant.
Absolutely every employee is very nice and polite.
The location of the hotel is also very good. If you go to the left, you'll get to the park. If you go straight, you will get to the sights and various shopping centers. And at the same time, the street is quite quiet in terms of cars.
We really liked it. And I have already recommended this hotel to my friends.

We had a family vacation (2 adults + 2 children) at the Polonaise Hotel for the November holidays. The hotel left an exceptionally positive impression. And this is due not only to its advantageous location (across the street from the Bolshoi Theater of Belarus), but also for the hospitality of the staff, a comfortable room, a high level of service, excellent price-quality ratio.
I want to return to the Polonaise hotel by myself, I want to recommend it to friends and family.

We stayed for the holidays from November 4th to 6th. The staff is very friendly and friendly, as the hotel is not big, all guests receive an individual approach. The breakfasts were mostly on the menu, the buffet line is very small. We did not have enough kettle in the room, we really wanted to drink hot tea or coffee in the room in the evening, as we returned from walks late and the restaurant on the 6th floor was no longer working.

Nice hotel, convenient location. But the sound insulation leaves much to be desired. We had a staff room behind the wall. So, together with them, at 7:30 in the morning, we poured a kettle, boiled and drank tea. Almost in our ears, we were told how their day went. And so I wanted to sleep) And on the 3rd floor, the presenter in the restaurant on the 6th floor is perfectly audible.

The rooms are well furnished, but there is not enough room in the rooms and the price is too high relative to the quality of the rooms. There were no questions about the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. The menu is delicious and pretentious, but we couldn't eat - there was no cook. As a result, we didn't sleep or eat. We stopped by, looked at it and left. I will not ruin the assessment, I did not stop and did not fully experience the service, I will put five, but in my opinion it pulls to a solid four. Who agrees/disagrees? write comments, a real opinion is always valuable!

The dishes are like at home, not restaurant dishes, which is not reflected on the price tag in any way. In short: it is expensive for such quality. There are plenty of places in Minsk with much better cuisine for the same money, and even cheaper. I don't recommend it as a restaurant. And the hotel itself is not bad.

We stayed here with our family three times, in standard and junior suites. Nice hotel, clean, located in the center of Minsk. With parking.
There was a restaurant on the top floor, where they had breakfast and lunch. Delicious!

The only hotel of their level of value and class so far, in which they did not try to charge us for drinking water in the room))) They brought it every day, no problem.
