The queue under the office (a live queue, according to the number that the machine "spat out"), waiting on a wooden bench in a stuffy corridor can be half a day. At the same time, patients of such an already respectable, almost advanced age predominate. The traumatologist conducts the appointment very calmly, understanding all the responsibility and stress for people with trauma. I had to ask for physiotherapy after removing the cast, but they didn't offer it themselves. A separate story is the queue for fluorography: 500 coupons in half a day is a lot. I also thought about the "waiting room" with benches on the ground floor, until I joined this company myself. The furniture in the clinic is old, requires replacement or repair, respectively, an infusion of money. In general, it's fine, but you have to have time here if you have to come here.

Half of them do not even understand the language, half do not know what to treat, they ask patients what you are being treated with and they say: "so continue to be treated like this." They are accepted in ANY office for half an hour. To put at least one stamp, you need to sit in line for 2-3 hours, to get any certificate, you need to sit in queues for a whole day. If they give you sick leave, they give you two days, that is, every other day you come in with a fever and sit in line again for 4 hours to extend your sick leave, and so on every time. Half of the specialists are not available -they are given referrals to other clinics.

It doesn't take five or ten minutes, but an hour, as you'll find out later, and you don't count the seconds or think about when it's over, because you see and feel the work of a specialist who, with every movement (there is 100% confidence), brings you closer to restoring a damaged tooth.
