The certificate incorrectly focuses on the work of the classrooms and the possibility of passing an examination (elementary) on a paid basis. The infectious diseases room should be open from 8:00-20:00, at 19:15 there is no one else. The queues are huge, and it's impossible to get reliable information. So don't rely on the help, come and read the signs on the door, and it's not a fact that the doctor will be there at the end.

Absolutely incompetent call center staff! The information received over the phone is diametrically at odds with reality. Due to an incorrect telephone consultation, a person with a fever had to sit in line for an hour and a half just to find out that he needed to get a foothold in the clinic first, although the call center said that he did not need to. It is also impossible to obtain information on how to pass a medical examination for employment by phone. I rarely go to the clinic, but this time I don't know what motivated me. A general practitioner, Mahri Ravshanovna Annalyeva, appeared at our site. An amazing and positive person who thinks more about your health than you do. "As punishment" for not showing up at the clinic for three years, she sent me in a large circle to take all possible and impossible tests, CT scans, ultrasounds, etc., etc. As a result, I was diagnosed with stage 1 lung cancer, the whole story began in September-on November 5, I underwent surgery. The worst of the clinics... The organization's level is zero. There are constant queues, it is simply impossible to get to the reception. Due to a knee injury, I was admitted to the hospital only 3 weeks after the injury itself, although I could barely walk. They will send you for an X-ray, then for an MRI scan with the words "if you want to spend money, then go", after the MRI scan they are sent to another clinic for consultation and a preliminary operation (which was not needed in the end). Okay, here's something else I can understand, the guy is young, he works, he doesn't have a lot of experience behind him yet, and he communicates very politely. But! On 06/23/2025, I went to donate blood in two directions (a general analysis from a vein and a finger). In ALL polyclinics, in this case, they ALWAYS take everything from the vein at once. I am additionally sent to the 4th floor to donate blood from my finger. Do I look like a colander to be pricked a few times??? "If you don't like it, go to a paid clinic" — and what are you working for? Of the entire clinic, only gynecologists, physical therapy instructors, and rehabilitation specialists have a normal attitude towards people.

The worst polyclinic in Minsk. A corrupt place with many violations. If you have to apply, then only for a statement. Not a single competent specialist in any field. It has been possible to close such establishments for a long time, because they bring nothing but stress. The main thing is to close the shop and not pay salaries to non-cash doctors who serve hours until retirement. P.S. However, the queues remained, despite the time in the ticket. The coupon is more like a guarantee that you will get to the doctor. There are a lot more patients than a doctor can take in. Very often, the reception time is stretched for another hour and at the same time everyone is accepted! I bow low to the doctors for this!!!

In my experience, this clinic is incredibly poorly organized. I have been served in many clinics, but unfortunately, it is only thanks to 21 clinics that I have to go to private clinics. The clinic is currently in a particularly critical time. People start gathering outside the doors by 6 a.m. Usually they are 40 people, they stand only for the sake of having a small chance to enroll in specialized specialists. The expression "make an appointment by phone" does not work, since the reception desk usually does not pick up the phone during the first hour of work. After 3 weeks of standing in the cold, I still couldn't get a ticket to a neurologist. Before that, I spent 3 weeks trying to get a ticket to a therapist, who turned out to be three working people for the entire clinic. And no matter what, the shortage of personnel has been haunting this place for many, many years, but for some reason there are only 15 coupons per day for any doctor, which only makes the situation worse. In this clinic, you'll recover faster or die before you get a ticket. And even getting an appointment with a specialist does not guarantee that you will receive help. I understand everything, and any diagnosis is based on the exclusion method. And maybe it's my fault that I was hoping for the professionalism of the doctors, but I had to insist on my ailments every time. Insist on the therapist, insist on the neurologist, insist on the ent. But still, why is it that if you come down with an ailment, they will convince you that you are healthy and you just leave believing them. And months later, it turns out that you are noticeably ill and just someone did not consider it necessary to take care of you during the time. Funny thing is, the ECG here takes an incredibly long time. Now, at least more or less, but once I sat in line for almost 5 hours, and they accepted about 4 people per hour. Periodically, the clinic switches from recording "the next day", expanding the available days, then you can wait several months for your ticket. There are also good points in it. The electronic queue is very comfortable. The oculist, venereologist, and traumatologist are excellent doctors. But how many times a day does the traumatologist take, God forgive me, there are not so many coupons in the entire clinic. We all don't give 60% of our salaries to taxes so that these people can function so haphazardly. I don't want to finance you, return my taxes before I die, I'll give them to a private clinic!

I have never known such a cynical, indifferent and boorish reception. They didn't take the analysis, they said they were only consulting, it was impossible to say a word. The doctor scolded in a dissatisfied and rude tone for unknown reasons, threw the piece of paper and were free. The whole reception did not take even 3 minutes. The haste and speed are simply cosmic. It's just a shame for such doctors. Why go into a profession if you're not even in the mood to help people. They left the office as if they had been spat on.

Among the disadvantages are the frequent breakdown of the elevator (it's hard for Grandma), a therapist who cares about your "troubles" if you're not dying (although it feels like even then he won't care) and a lack of staff. I went to the infectious diseases room according to the temperature, so that they would prescribe pills and open a sick leave, then the quest began. I sat in a waiting list from 9 a.m., got to the doctor at 12 p.m., who gave me a referral for tests and told me to come back in an hour. They have shifts from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. They started taking me at 2:40 p.m., another doctor started telling me her symptoms all over again, the first doctor didn't listen to me, the second one did the same. They only paid attention to my tests and then referred me to a therapist. The therapist has a lot of people, again on a first-come, first-served basis, and I barely spent an hour and a half with the therapist. But she was the only one who examined me, listened to me, and prescribed treatment. As a result, I spent time in the clinic from 9 a.m. to almost 6 p.m. I've been killed all day, and I had to tell three doctors about my symptoms and complaints. Doctors from the infectious diseases office transfer responsibility to the therapist. So why did they set up this infectious diseases room, if you need to go to a therapist anyway. The whole quest is to get into room 314, there is always a long queue for sick leave, you need to sit out 1.5-2 hours to close or extend the sick leave.

I'd rather pay any money, but once again I don't want to get involved with this clinic and such doctors.

I would like to thank the administration and staff of 21 polyclinics for the action "Open Day for elderly Patients" held on 29.09.2023 on the eve of the International Day of Elderly People, 1.10.2023. 29.09 all doctors received elderly people without coupons on a first-come, first-served basis. Everything was organized, without special queues, and friendly. I was able to visit an ENT doctor and an optometrist, whose advice I really needed, due to the aggravation of my diseases. Many thanks to ENT doctor Denisenkova A.V. and optometrist Naumovich T.F. who were very attentive and friendly to my problems and prescribed the drugs I needed.
