Getting through to the reception is a problem, is it okay to hang on the phone for 30 minutes just to call a doctor at home? When I got home, I was not discharged from the hospital (temperature 38-38.6, cough, runny nose and throat, all obvious signs of sick leave), but I was sent to run around the clinic in this condition. First, take the tests, then to one office, from this office to another, and so 4-5 offices. From 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with a temperature of 38, run around the clinic trying to get sick leave!!!

I am glad that I am served here! Everything is much higher than average for a state polyclinic. Certificates are being issued, queues are no longer uncommon. The only thing I would like to do is somehow adjust the appointment with the traumatologist. Because being in line with a cast on your leg for 3.5 hours is too much. The only negative thing I've encountered.

A clinic is a place where it's better not to go. There is always a problem with coupons, you need to order almost a month in advance. There's always a queue. There are not many specialized specialists, in order to get to them, you need to take a ticket to a general practitioner, then get a referral, and then call and make an appointment with specialized specialists. But the plus is that the clinic has an MRI machine.
