They communicate in raised tones when trying to find out information about treatment, etc. They respond in the same rude way. In particular, I would like to note the boorish and arrogant behavior of Boyarovich, and the blonde woman in the pre-doctor's office. The rest of the doctors, especially the gynecologist, ENT, and the specialist in the test room, treat their patients well and with understanding.
