There was only one girl working. I'm holding a nine-month-old baby. I asked another girl to serve me, and she rudely replied that she didn't have a ticket counter at the other reception. Good evening, I am spreading the story of my mother at the Polymed medical center on 12/14/2024, the following medical services were provided on a reimbursable basis: bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty and lifting of the upper third of the face. According to the contract concluded between the clinic and my mother, they were obliged to provide qualified, high-quality medical care, however, on the same day, when my mother arrived home and saw that the stitches had split in her left eye, that is, after 2 hours of surgery, she had to return from her hometown back to the Polymed medical center for gluing the seam on the left eye. All this was done by a nurse at the Polymed Medical center, but Rubanov, the plastic surgeon, did not show up. On 12/15/2025, my mother wrote to the doctor and he examined my mother at 12:00 the next day, saying that everything was fine. On 12/18/2024, the seams were removed. Today, on January 24, my mother has threads left after the stitches were removed, which were noticed by her cosmetologist. Upon arrival in Zhlobin at Polymed on January 24, my mother was not provided with services due to the lack of qualified specialists at the center. Regarding the postoperative condition: the left eye does not heal, the previously glued seam and the feeling of "tension" of the seam, uncharacteristic pain, discomfort, slight burning sensation. Moreover, the attitude of all employees towards patients is in the "fingers in a fan" format. The complaint to the Polymed center has been written and will be considered in accordance with the terms of the legislation, but I would like to inform potential patients who want to seek services.
