Of the advantages: The Aegean Sea is beautiful and clean. Close location to the central beach. Breakfast and dinner are modest, but delicious. Air conditioning in the room. Gel, shampoo and toilet paper were replenished regularly. The garbage was cleaned daily. Of the cons: We got a room without a balcony, a view from the window, which was tightly closed, onto the rock. Thus, there was no sun in the room at all, only old lamps illuminated the room. The furniture is "tired". Plumbing is barely "breathing", the toilet tank is out of order, and we have been waiting a long time to fix the problem. There was no wet cleaning in the room for 5 days, towels were replaced only on request. Upon arrival, there was drinking water in the room in the amount of 2 0.5 ml bottles, no longer updated, coffee, tea and paper cups. The refrigerator is dirty, plus leftover drinks from past tenants. The staff is polite, especially if you have no complaints about them. The beach is crowded, even too much. Overall, we were able to relax, unwind, and enjoy the sea, cuisine, and the sights of Turkey.

Overall, I liked the hotel. Good location, close to the center of Kusadasi (9 minutes by dolmusha 5). If you don't expect 3* hotel services and 5* service, then everything is fine. I lived for a week from 06.06 to 13.06.25., with breakfast. Within walking distance of Lady's Beach, the staff is friendly, they try, the attitude towards Russians is good. Nearby there are shops, bakeries, cafes. I would go back there again.
