The first time we stayed at this hotel was almost 10 years ago. We got there absolutely by accident, we just decided to try to relax not in Sochi, but in Abkhazia. And we got to Poseidon. And they have never regretted this decision. My youngest child literally grew up in the arms of the owners and staff of this hotel. No vacation goes by without visiting Poseidon. For so many years, it's like you come not just to a hotel, but to visit your family. The rooms are always clean and cozy. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The linen is changed every 3 days. Excellent cuisine. They can even cook something that is not on the menu. I have extremely picky children, but here they know how to please such pampering)) food can be ordered to your floor. Dinner with a view of the sea and sunset, a special treat. The proximity of the sea. Your own beach, licks, separate towels for the beach. The hotel is right on the beach. And in general, the location is extremely convenient. Within walking distance of shops, playgrounds, Aqua Park, city market. Although for so many years we have already traveled all the sights of this wonderful country, but a visit to the Ritsa is included in the mandatory program and we always book excursions only through the hotel administrator. Because the companies are checked and you can be calm about the safety of the trip, which is extremely important, given the traffic and driving style on the roads, especially along the serpentine. We had a rest at Poseidon in August 2025. The BEST place for our seaside vacation in recent years! Clean, cozy, comfortable. There is a cafe, the food is delicious. The sea is really within walking distance. There is a private beach area with free sun beds and umbrellas, and beach towels are also provided. The beach is clean. Room cleaning: toilet - every day, room - once every three days. Change of bed and towels is the same, once every three days. Washing in the car is for a fee, 250 rubles. The dryer is next to the door to the room. The air conditioner was working properly, light and water were running smoothly. The staff is friendly and helpful. The administrator, Madonna, is a real lifesaver, a responsible person and a high-class professional! She answered all questions, gave important and necessary advice, and ordered a taxi according to our requests. For individual taxi trips (we went to the island of Ritsa and the Glass Bridge) I advise you to contact Olesya through Madonna, we really enjoyed the trip with her. The hotel itself is located in a fairly lively part of Novaya Gagra. You can walk along the embankment in the evening, have dinner in one of the many cafes. "Adjika" and "Prestige" are particularly popular in this place. For those who do not like to wait for food to order - 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel there are canteens "Mandarin" and "Yakina", prices are quite reasonable, a full lunch is about 800 rubles. This hotel has become the place where we want to return to!
