I would like to thank Alexander Bychkovsky, trade-in specialist at the Prapanova auto center, for the clarity of consultations and the speed of registration, support at all stages of the transaction, including traffic police. What is very important, the initial assessment of the car was accurate and did not change, and the specialist was already personally interested in the results of car diagnostics outside of his day job. Attention to detail without too much fuss, the person knows his job. Also, many thanks for the work of Vadim Mayorov. A person knows all the questions not only about direct work, but also insurance, loan processing, traffic permits, etc. This is extremely valuable and has helped beyond the deal!!! He provides client consultations even outside of his working hours, accompanies from the beginning to the end of the transaction and advises if necessary and after buying a car with the slightest questions.
