Thanks to Ilya Bobr for the prompt and comfortable reissue of the car I would like to thank Ilya Bobr, a specialist at Prapanova Auto Center, for his excellent work! My wife and I were buying a new Geely EX2 car, and we needed to re-register the old one. Ilya took over this task. On Wednesday evening, we were at the salon, talking about a new car, and the very next day (Thursday) we arrived to finalize the deal. Ilya joined the process in the morning and fully organized the re-registration of our old car: he kept us informed at every stage, gave competent advice, explained all the nuances in simple and understandable language. There was no red tape, running around the authorities and the need to delve into bureaucratic subtleties — Ilya did everything on his own and professionally. We just watched from the sidelines and received feedback. Thanks to Ilya's precise work, everything was done as quickly as possible. On Thursday, we arrived for a new car, Ilya promptly resolved all issues with the old one, and on the same day we already left for home in a newly acquired Geely EX2. All the formalities were closed, and we were spared unnecessary trouble. Ilya, thank you for your hard work, clarity and support!
