The shoes are of poor quality, I bought ballet flats, and they paint my feet terribly. Naturally, the warranty says that this is the norm and cannot be refunded. The ballet flats themselves are very cute and I've been looking for just such a style for a long time. Keep in mind that it is better not to take off your shoes in public after wearing them)
