We go to class 0B. I really like school, my daughter goes with pleasure. Our homeroom teacher, Alla Sergeevna, is just great. The perfect balance between discipline, attention to the curriculum and the psychological comfort of children. I see very good progress in the child's reading, arithmetic and Kazakh language. Great mugs. I would especially like to highlight the gymnastics club – my daughter is very interested and we see excellent results. The school as a whole has a very pleasant, friendly, homely and comfortable atmosphere. There is no bureaucracy, an open dialogue with teachers and the administration. It's a great tradition of themed Fridays, and the kids really like it. From the wishes: I would like more photos and videos from lessons and extracurricular activities. Otherwise, we are very satisfied, we recommend the school to everyone.

My children study in the first and zero grades. The school is good, the teachers and the principal are always open to dialogue and go to a meeting. Children love their classroom teachers - that's the most important thing. I really like the teaching method, there is no more cramming like before in Soviet schools.

Our interaction with the Prime School in Almaty turned out to be unsatisfactory for a number of significant reasons, which, in our opinion, undermine the credibility of the educational institution. 1. Organization of the educational process: during the academic year, teachers were repeatedly replaced without prior notification to parents and explanation of the reasons. This had a negative impact on the learning dynamics and adaptation of children. 2. Teachers' qualifications: in some cases, teachers demonstrated an insufficient level of professional training. This was especially true for subjects taught in English, as serious gaps in language and methodological competence were identified. 3. Communication with the administration: parents' requests often went unanswered or received formal, vague answers. It was not possible to achieve a constructive dialogue with the school's management. 4. Pricing policy and compliance with the stated services: tuition fees do not match the quality of educational and organizational services provided. There is a feeling that the commercial component takes precedence over the educational mission. 5. Feedback and engagement: the individual approach promised upon admission is not being implemented in reality. The involvement of the school in the development and support of students in practice is minimal.
