Terrible printing house! An incompetent customer service specialist (Ekaterina). I coordinated with her the production of magazines (40 pcs.) by phone, the quantity was also mentioned. I dropped the request, and a day later I received an email saying that they do not produce such quantities. There is no information about the minimum order anywhere on the website. They took up time (a day) and did not help. I don't advise you to get involved.

I make up books for friends and acquaintances. And we print them in the Industrial Service. It always comes out cheaper than competitors with the highest quality. I would like to emphasize that with this organization it is always possible to agree on additional services-requests - whether to bring the print run home, or transfer it by minibus to another city, or reduce the production time if it is very urgently needed. They always meet us halfway, everything is always clear, to the point, but at the same time they are very friendly and friendly. I can already lose count of how many books were printed here at my suggestion, but I know for sure that we will print a lot more! I recommend it to everyone!
