As a result, my printer was kept for more than two weeks, but no work was done. It was possible to find out about the repair status only after numerous calls — there was no initiative on the part of the staff. Customer orientation is at zero level: no notifications, no polite communication, no results. If you value your time and expect high-quality service, I strongly do not recommend contacting this center.
