My story: 3 weeks ago, a printer was brought by taxi. They said they would be looking for the part for more than 2 weeks. I left it, I'm waiting. But since the printer is needed for work (I am a teacher), I explained to them that I bear heavy losses, I go to print for a fee, I agreed to pick up the printer while they are looking for a part. I called back 2 weeks later. I called for three days, the young lady was absent on the phone, then asked the master a question, then waited for an answer from him. As a result, on the third day she reported: there was no diagnosis. The master is not sure whether to order the part.
An ugly service has been performed, indifferent to the customer. No interest whatsoever.They didn't even apologize for spending almost a month. Although she sincerely complained that I was a teacher and the printer was almost a "breadwinner". It's been a long time since I've come across such a scam(!

The head was not cleaned efficiently in an inkjet printer, after cleaning, printing stripes appeared, which never existed. On the print of the nozzle check, there were signs of ink mixing, this suggests that the master not only cleaned but completely ditched the head, moreover, he did not install the fixing cover for the printhead in place, I did not immediately notice it. I do not recommend contacting this service.
