Позвонили в справку, уточнить о наличии денежных средств в отделении банка для снятия с виртуальной карты. Специалист сориентировала о наличии денежных средств, и о рабочем времени банка (до 19.00) и сказала, что на момент нашего прибытия денежных средств может не быть, так как клиенты до нашего прихода могут эти деньги забрать. Но, не предупредила, что кассы (непосредственно выдающие наличные средства) работают до шести вечера (узнали об этом, когда приехали в банк, после шести). Итог: час времени потрачен впустую. Почта работает лучше, чем этот банк!)

У отделения есть два больших минуса:
1. Припарковаться просто нереально! Нужно всю немигу объехать два-три раза, чтобы найти парковочное место. И так каждый раз. Больше в это отделение не поеду!
2. Работает 1-2 специалиста, из-за чего ждать свою очередь можно 20-40 минут. Очень раздражает, особенно учитывая, что едешь банк в своё обеденное время. В субботу и воскресенье отделение не работает.
Ещё могу дополнить отзыв назойливой девушкой-администратором, которая подходит и спрашивает, по какому поводу я пришла (когда я уже взяла нужный мне талон и просидела 10 минут). Я же не идиотка, если бы не знала чего-то, обратилась бы сразу за помощью.
Буду обращаться в другие отделения банка!

На весь банк один молодой парень с немытыми длинными волосами. Он и консультант, и финансовый специалист.
Но не в этом дело. Ребята поняли, что у россиян спрос на карты Виза и Мастер Кард. Поэтому ввели залог в $4000. Закрываешь счет - тебе их вернут. Такое беспроцентное кредитование себе придумали.
Были посланы. Есть способы без таких жертв.

По моему заявлению Приорбанк должен был вернуть деньги отправителю на физ.лицо Сбербанка России. 25.07.22 деньги списались, а на 26.08.22 получателю не зачислены, не возвращены! Звонила и обращалась в отделение несметное количество раз. Написала заявление с просьбой предоставить выписку по данным операциям и направить по указанным адресам: по месту проживания (такие у них правила) и на электронный адрес. Указала электронный адрес!!! Не направили!!!!😡 Так случилось, не могу быстро по почте забрать ответ. Что за припоны и игра в пин-понг с клиентами, а не решение вопроса?!

Обслуживание на низком уровне.Отношение к клиентам плохое с стороны администратора по залу.Создаются очереди,которые могли бы и не быть.Но когда обращаешься к администратору, никаких мер не принимает.Талоны на очередь выдает молоденькая сотрудница, которая стоит у автомата.Молодым ребятам выдает талоны , как пенсионерам или с детьми.И они идут в первую очередь.В зале могут быть два оператора, но обслуживание ведет только один.Такая ситуация только в филиале на Немиге.На Комсомольской улице совсем другая организация по приему клиентов
