If you want to spoil your day and mood, then use the services of this bank. Today (13.01.26) I went to pick up the card, went to the bank at 14:16, left at 16:03, there were 5 people in front of me in the queue, it's the middle of the day, it's not rush hour. I just sat for almost 2 hours to pick up the FINISHED card. 21st century, is it really impossible to optimize the work of the bank, at least for such simple operations!!! Then it was necessary to activate the card and replenish it, otherwise the card would not work (according to the consultant). You're queuing up at an ATM with a bill dispenser again to find out that it's not working. You check your balance at the ATM and queue up at the information kiosk again to top it up. I'm sorry, but this is terrible, disgusting, I've never encountered anything like this before. You have to go through 9 circles of hell to pick up and activate the card. I would never recommend this bank to anyone.

Waiting in line for hours in this department is guaranteed. I came to get a card for work, the employee said it was better to use the old account and not start a new one, everything would be great. The result is that there is no card and the application was rejected 20 minutes after leaving the bank, as well as a series of refusals. It turned out that it was impossible to link cards in this regard (thanks to the girls from the contact center) The impression is extremely negative.

Introductory notes: an active client of Priorbank. Task: to replace the cards after their expiration date. I left a request in the application for the issuance of new cards, Belarusian and foreign currency. Due to the fact that I ordered a currency card, mail delivery is not available (in other banks, by the way, there is no such problem, currency cards are also delivered). To pick up the card, I sat in the general queue for literally 1 hour (there were 6 people in front of me). There are only 2 specialists working, the queue is divided into "by appointment" and "all the others" (it is not clear why then, when receiving a voucher, you choose the reason for applying if the loans are processed in the same queue as receiving a statement and a card). The 5-minute case took an unreasonably long time. Next time I'll think about whether it's worth contacting Priorbank. The customer service system is completely outdated.
