Lack of privacy. The air conditioner works for one room. Where there are fewer people. And where people are jostling, there is a fan and stuffiness in the summer especially. There is one cash register not only in this department, but also for the entire district! and one employee to serve individuals. There is no consultant. The small area of the room. Lots of people, queues. People are always unhappy, the feeling that they came to the clinic and not to the bank. This branch damages the reputation of Priorbank. Please take measures to improve the quality of customer service.
Upd: It's been almost six months. But nothing has changed. Most of all, one working ticket office for the whole area is outraged!! And the lack of privacy - there are a lot of people around the cash register. And I don't want onlookers and leftist people to see and hear what transactions I make in the bank. It seems that the bank is violating its obligations: namely, to provide a confidential service. I probably need to write to the management, since the review in Yandex does not stir it in any way.

In general, my first impression of this bank is: "I would never have come here again if it hadn't been for the need to get a salary card."
