I'm going from Petrovka (time!) I arrive, two sellers, there is a sofa, the colors are suitable, I look at the samples, along the way, they have a telephone war with some kind of buyer. I spend 30 minutes, once again clarify all the nuances: delivery, the possibility of additional items (12000-16000 UAH), the price, and not unique, everything suits. I make a 100% payment, the seller agrees with the driver about the delivery, I pay for the delivery. I am given a "sales receipt" indicating the model, the amount paid, etc. I'm leaving in the afternoon, waiting for delivery. At the exit, I meet, judging by the address of the staff, the director, the owner, etc. Already in the driving car, the seller's call "catches up" with a request to return.... I'm coming back. And what was my surprise, it was simply unthinkable when the seller, and moreover, certainly not a beginner, in a depressed state (apparently she was shocked by such a "turn") informed me that at such a price (which I had already paid and left) They can sell if I wait 5! Weeks. And now I have to pay another 2500,00 UAH!!!. The seller, a pleasant woman, most likely has nothing to do with it, but the "director" tried, and that says a lot! It is highly likely that if you have to settle any issues with this store, you can not count on adequate behavior of the staff.
