Attention, to everyone who uses or is going to use the services of this cosmetology. This review is a warning, as I made a mistake due to my ignorance and spent a large amount in this place where employees are deprived of competence, professionalism and basic work ethics. At my appointment with Assel Omarovna, I clearly stated which drug I wanted (taking into account the relevant recommendations of competent doctors in other clinics) and what volume I needed in order for the drug not to migrate. Assel Omarovna confirmed that we would administer this drug in a certain amount, but as it turned out, without my knowledge, she injected me with another drug with a different dosage. I found out by accident when I demanded a check after my procedure. After I contacted the co-founder and chief physician of the clinic, Zhibek Tungishbaev, I was informed that I would receive a refund in the form of a difference in the amount of the administered drug (I never received a refund), ignoring the fact that their incompetent doctor had ordered which drug to administer without my knowledge, ignoring the individual characteristics my face where I was injected with the drug. That the administration and Zhibek Tungishbayeva leave my complaint unanswered, they do not want to take responsibility for the lack of professionalism of this doctor and for future physical discomfort and material losses, since I know that I will have to remove the injected drug and inject another one, which I requested initially. This is a direct violation of the protocol and the contract between the patient and the doctor and will be prosecuted in accordance with all the statutes of the law. But I wanted to warn everyone who planned to visit this cosmetology and advise you to contact places where you will receive a real professional approach to procedures, and not a place where your requests will be ignored, where drugs will be prescribed to you at will without your knowledge, without discussing it with you, where you will be cheated at the checkout. and where neither the administration nor the doctor will want to be responsible for this. We are already preparing a lawsuit against this clinic, and I really hope that this review will save at least one girl from unnecessary expenses and loss of her time and health.
