It took a long time to choose a company to order furniture. We bypassed a few. Because we are very meticulous people with details and a little understanding of the installation and technical characteristics of furniture, 2 companies were immediately dismissed (due to the incompetence of managers), 2 were considered until they got to Valery in the Profactory. This is a super master of his craft. MegaProfessional. And a very polite, tactful and pleasant person. We ordered 3 swing cabinets, 2 hanging cabinets, cabinets for the kitchen, 2 illuminated glass pencil cases, decorative slats on the wall and sliding mirrored doors to the wardrobe from the Profactory. From the very first minutes when Valery came to us for measurements, we realized that he was our man)) He measured everything very carefully, suggested different solutions in problem areas, and explained the aesthetic and technical difference between them. Furniture manufacturing was divided into several stages, during which we met several times, checked the dimensions, discussed the details and, most importantly, sometimes changed requests, asked to redo the project, because new ideas appeared. And Valery never sighed or rolled his eyes (it was so easy in one of the companies), but he always had only one phrase: “Please. We will do as you wish.” And he really did everything we wanted. For example, I will say again: in other companies, some of the things that we planned to do were said “impossible, this is not possible here, it will not hold here, it will open here,” etc. It turns out that we can now say about Valery that he is a man who can do the impossible)) He never said “no” to us, but always offered solutions, and very professional ones. He was very easy to work with. Sometimes you'll draw something awkward, mumble something unintelligible, and he's already figured out what you want and how to do it. In short, fantastic! About the deadlines separately. Everything was done very quickly. The originally announced deadline has not been shifted. Valery, thank you very much! We are 100% satisfied with the result. Everything is made with high quality and very beautiful. We still have a bedroom and a living room. For them only to you!
